I thought she was pushing to go to hospital so she could get help there, since at her last visit the nurse was really trying to get her to speak up so maybe she will now? Really hope so, and I hope she's got some secret form of contraception on board too

Aww I want Jax and Chantelle to get together. I reckon they would make the sweetest couple.

Wouldn't it be good to see Chantelle happy with her children and able to mess up that cold clinical home they live in and become hairdresser of the year and show what can be done about living your life and moving on from abuse and unhappiness and how to just live without injuries or fear and have friends like jags that like and respect her?

I noticed the warm welcome Chantelle got from everyone she met on her return, and hope that this means that she noticed it too. That should give her hope for a future without Grey.

How big was baby Peggy last night?! Supposed to be a prem baby only a few weeks old!

That said, obviously they can't use really tiny babies.

Louise looks properly knackered though - rare for a Soap mother.

I think the only bit Chantelle meant was when she told Grey that she didn't want him to ever think she didn't love him or their family. Her demeanour changed then. Typing that just now makes me think that she is about to do something actually. She does love him and their family but it has to end.

It's rare for first time soap mums to actually look tired/ stressed out/ verge of tears but Louise did. Lisa didn't seem much help either ! I guess she doesn't care about Ken but clearly Lou is missing a bit of support in her life even if she hates him !
EE being real!

Louise really loved ken and in the space of a day her world fell apart, she found out he had fathered a baby with her step mother and she effectively ordered his death! All whilst post natal with a preemie baby. It’s really no wonder she isn’t glowing!

The point is that, as a Soap Mum, she usually would be :o

Usually the mums on soaps are just the same and look fine after giving birth : seeing her look like she did was refreshing , as was her birth scenes too last year ! I know she is upset about Ken , even if she's trying to say she isn't.
I hope Chantelle has sorted out some contraception for herself ; he only wants her pregnant with number 3 for more control of course. It's sick how manipulating he is.

I got the impression from what Louise said that she is going to leave. For one thing Lisa can’t continue living in that house, not working and with no means to support herself. Louise said everywhere she looks there is a reminder of Keanu which means she has to go somewhere else to avoid that. Both of them will surely go off somewhere together but with neither of them working (and never worked) how can they support themselves?

@RowenaMud didn't Mel leave Louise something in her will? Maybe they'll go the Portugal villa. Why is it always Portugal? Doesn't Grant live there?

Oh I didn’t see anything about the will. She must have left her money to Lisa too then but surely she left everything to Hunter and was hardly in the right frame of mind to make a new will between the short time Hunter died and her own death.

She had the money from the sale of the club too although part of that would have been eaten up by money owed to the law firm she had hired to represent Hunter as she was constantly telling them she would get the money and to do whatever it took!

What does Lisa live on usually I wonder? I’m guessing benefits?

I think Daniel is a really good character but I don’t see the point of the fake death storyline if he was going to come back anyway - it’s like the writers just had second thoughts.

Also, what was the point of Lee coming back for Xmas?

RowenaMud I was thinking about that too, cos I had thought there was some mention of Louise in the will - however, remember Mel was begging for money to pay for Hunter's funeral, so I'm not clear at all on where her money has gone.

I hate the scenes with Chantelle and Grey. I also personally don't think she's a very good actress, which annoys me too [sorry]

The grey scenes are too much for me, I really don't like to see her getting hurt. I hope he's rumbled soon the bastard!

I thought Chantelle looked more relaxed and normal when she was with the others and Jags ,but when she had to act with Gray and those scenes I think she just finds it too much of a challenge. It's a big story for her and ( I think ) her first real acting role in such an iconic soap it sort of shows how hard she's finding it all. Gray isn't a bad actor as the ' baddie' though, he is very believable.
It must be horrible acting out these kind of parts. She looked devastated at the end in the car : horrible what some people are capable of and it's sad that this does go on in real life. :(

Who knows how Lisa and Lou will manage for money ! Lisa moved in with Mel and that place was rented I believe ( might have been a Jack place , but not sure?) jack had to sell a few places last year : did he sell that one too?
She is either on UC or Mel had some money under the bed . Lou has never worked , but I guess her dad will bank roll her and Ben did make her some dinner! Money is always a mystery in EE : especially as Lisa wasn't working before and seemed to appear from nowhere and not really have much of a storyline.

Did Karen dump Billy last night?

Yes I think Karen said they should end things and Billy said yes ok then and looked relieved. It was the world's most anti-climactic break-up but quite subtly acted.

I did watch last nights again to see how they split up ( just that bit)
It was subtlety done by Karen and Billy . Probably for the best I guess. Made a change from a slanging match too! Going out with a Mitchell is never a good idea!

Is Karen’s front tooth chipped in real life? If so, I wonder why she hasn’t had it fixed? Maybe for character acting? I thought actors would have cosmetic procedures done on all easily fixed physical imperfections?

Just pondering really..... I’m not saying she should do it, but it is unusual for it not to have been done so it stands out. Maybe I’ve just answered my own question.
