My new year speculations (for what it's worth 😂)

It's the 35 th anniversary soon so they will either carry all this on with Martin and Ben ( he finds out that Keanu is alive and gets very annoyed ) or it'll focus more on mick and Linda ( possible split over her drinking still)
Daniel will die and leave his money to jean. Jean will go into remission and be ok.
Sonia will start to rip off Dot as she owes the money lenders money for Bex's car.
She will stay with Martin but he won't really want to stay with her. Stacey might return.
Sharon will go away after she's had the baby .
Chantelle ( or one of the kids) will finally get revenge on Gray. I hope this is a positive story and not just her trying to kill him.
Karen and Mitch might try to kill him though.
Whitney will be free of all horrible men and take control of her own life.
Kat and kush might get a story line but I can't see what they could do with those two.
Ash and her brother and the others will be a fixture ; her parents are clearly not happy about her being gay and might also turn up. Seems to be a secret there about something.
I bet they have things lined up for the anniversary. Will it be more live action episodes? They were a challenge last time!

Re the live eps I can still picture poor Jo Joyner's face when she asked Jane how Adam was instead of Ian!

I don't know how anyone feels sympathy for Sharon, it's all of her own doing really. Shouldn't cheat if you don't want to be on the curb.

Not sure about Sharon : she needs a decent lawyer and some money for her own place. Staying with Ian and Kaff would drive anyone slightly mad! I hope she does get what she deserves and Phil has to pay up. They have been married a while now. She ' needs her ducks in the row' as they say even if she's the one that had the affair etc etc.
I hope L and mick sort it out as I like there's one married couple on the square that's stayed together for years and we're once happy! If she carries on drinking I can see trouble though. Maybe Ruby or Honey would move in on him but neither are his types really!

Ash had an abortion when she was late teens. Her parents never forgave her, her brothers aren't fond of her for it either. It was mentioned in a previous episode, about "murdering mums grandchild"

What would be the point in her coming back really. She made her choice moving in with that new man after only knowing him a few weeks. Great parenting. How many new dads will Lily have by the time she's 18

I think with Sharon people feel sorry for her to the extent she's put up with lots of crap over the years with Phil. Find it hard to understand how she could stay with him that long in the first place. Not exactly loving and caring. And wouldn't recognise a conversation if it came up and bit him on the bum.

No excuse for Sharon to have an affair though. I was also thinking it would have been more sensible for her to have had a termination really. But then there would be no drama. Eastenders has always been very anti termination interestingly. Not sure if for a moralistic reason rather than (again) dramatic purposes.
