Well, at least Rafa pulled things back a bit in the second set. It looked like a complete walkover in the first set.

More tennis - I think Spain should have the advantage in doubles but Serbia definitely have the crowd on their side.

I hope Spain win the doubles. I'm still baffled as to where all the crowd came from

I like the sound of that coffin kazza. I might design one for myself because I know (from watching Fun Death ads during tennis) that as I'm over 50 I'm not long for this world and I want my funeral to be better than that Mary's!

I’m quite glad that Rafa isn’t playing in the doubles - he must be exhausted (Djok was still looking worryingly fresh though)

Come on Feli and PCB - I’m also wondering where all the Serbian supporters have come from (apart from Serbia obviously!)

I do wonder if Roger is sat at home smuggly with his feet up while his main rivals wear themselves out just before the AO

The big question is- will PCB get to wear a Spain shirt for his final match?

I'm not sure about Roger- last year some pundits were suggesting that the lack of pre - tournament matches was one of the reasons he didn't do so well in Melbourne.(for him) Sometimes playing a lot actually benefits the players.

But knowing Fed, he will be ok.

Yes please let PCB wear a Spain top - he could wear Rafa’s (might be a bit sweaty though!)

Yes I’m sure Rog will be OK - I bet he’s glad that he didn’t sign up to such a knackering tournament though

It really is a bonkers time for such a tournament. I mean, players used to bow out of Davis Cup after Slams, because they were tired, so will be interesting to see how they are affected after this (especially with the travelling cross country that has been involved).

I do hope Spain can win this. I can't be doing with Djok's smug face. And the rest of the team have played a big part (Rafa has been a bit hit and miss, really- but he has had to play a lot)so deserve the win.

The fact that he is also easy on the eye is purely coincidental
