It's so impressive how he dealt with every problem that came up so calmly and triumphed in the end. We've seen chefs not being able to stop shaking when they're plating up if not everything has gone perfectly smoothly.

That was a great doc, Grinchly . It made me never want to eat octopus again.

I've known chefs that just don't get stressed some people just don't. You wonder why they are not nervous and stressed and looking upset but some people are just not stress heads.
