New thread. Nice chatting.

Will James and Ian finally have to knuckle down and do some work?

Cliff to go tomorrow then?

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/11/2019 22:38

Ah thanks @TheReluctantCountess

unique1986 · 28/11/2019 22:40

I really didn't want Cliff to be the first one voted down.
But with all the immunities there isn't a hope in hell he will get saved.

CakeNinja · 28/11/2019 22:42

Just like Kate more and more as the days go by.
Also, really enjoying Cliff. He seems the type to listen to others and looks like he’s taking it all in. Not being loud and brash, not attention seeking, just in there for the experience.

itswinetime · 28/11/2019 22:46

Yeah I think cliff definitely at risk he is bad at the trials and not popular.

Myles and Adele probably won't get a lot of votes but they are good at trials so will get immunity I think

AppleKatie · 28/11/2019 22:46

Hopefully Ant and Dec saying that will get Cliff noticed and his vote bumped up. I might have to vote for him 😃

It's vote to save so both the popular camp mates and the unpopular always get saved even without immunity it's the smaller characters that tend to go! Noel was a big shock last year so Ian or James could go if they aren't safe

CakeNinja · 28/11/2019 23:03

I’ll be using all my votes for cliff! I’d like to say, I’ve never voted before for anything Grin

SpanishFly · 28/11/2019 23:10

Billie
"Did anyone else get Kate saying 'Great for our treats but a tragedy for mankind' about 40% of men not thinking women are equal?"
Yes - and did you hear James's reply? Something like "I dont care, I just want the food" 🤬

incognitomum · 28/11/2019 23:35

I'm watching on catch up as have been decorating. Is it bad I'm glad Ian failed at the task?

Mrscaindingle · 28/11/2019 23:40

I think Andrew noticeably became chattier and more animated when Ian was off doing the trials. I would imagine it's a bit oppressive having Ian jumping on everything he says or does/ doesn't do.

Dementedmagpie · 28/11/2019 23:51

I was really glad James didnt win a meal. All the others felt guilty about the ones who missed out, he just said "its competitive, there are no friends" (about the individual trials)

incognitomum · 29/11/2019 00:05

I noticed that about Andrew too.

JaneJeffer · 29/11/2019 00:23

Me too!

Looobyloo · 29/11/2019 07:28

Why don't they go back to vote for who you want to leave rather than save? It's not as if you ring up and vote anymore therefore making them money it's all done via an app which is free. Ian would go I'm sure if it was vote to leave.

Dementedmagpie · 29/11/2019 07:46

Last year Ann was exempt from most if the trials but I felt like we still got to "know" her as a person. I feel like this year we've seen what James, ian, Andrew, Kate and Caitlyn are like .....but barely seen any of the others....?

Quartz2208 · 29/11/2019 08:03

Extra camp are really pushing Andy to win (don’t mind as it happens he seems a nice funny man)

Everycloud12 · 29/11/2019 08:21

I suspect that Ian has been bullying Andrew on other occasions and it's not been shown. That may be why he lost it before then apologised - he'd had enough and snapped.

Ian and James are both coming across so badly. James probably thinks that playing peacemaker between Ian and Andrew will make him seem popular. The only thing that would have redeemed him at that point would have been to have called Ian out.

I hope we see lots more of Andy and Nadine.

SpanishFly · 29/11/2019 08:38

Looobyloo all of these programmes started the "vote to save" angle when they realised 'vote to evict" stirred up too much hate stirring online

Peanutbatter · 29/11/2019 09:22

Do we know why they have stopped the telephone voting? Even if it is now vote to save, it must be losing them a fortune by voting for free on the app?

On a different note - I like Emilys brown boots on Extra - Now I used to wear Docs with dresses at Uni but those black boots she wears - yikes!

AppleKatie · 29/11/2019 10:36

I suppose that once free votes online became popular the revenue dropped off considerably and it must be quite a costly system to run. They also have to be transparent to avoid (yet another) phone vote scandal. They probably decided it wasn’t worth the effort.

OP posts:
Quartz2208 · 29/11/2019 10:45

yep the phone voting scandal must mean that it is far easier to do it now via apps

TitsInAbsentia · 29/11/2019 11:37

There's a clip on Twitter that shows all the celebs competing (although head to head, and not sure how it is decided who goes against whom...) for immunity tonight.

woodhill · 29/11/2019 12:14

I'm a bit sceptical about the immunity. Is it a fix to protect certain camp Mates? I hope Ian gets voted off as he is so unpleasant to Andrew.

Must be a real disadvantage to be short sighted in camp doing the water trial

Like Cliff, Miles, Andrew, Kate. Nadine, Roman

More males this year

LtJudyHopps · 29/11/2019 12:31

It really does feel like the James, Ian and Kate show. We got to know last years contestants so much more! I think they’re trying so hard to make it interesting as they’re a bit boring this year...
Kate irritates me but I like her more from this. Hopefully Ian or James go first so the others have a chance to shine. I’m liking Caitlyn - I used to watch the Kardashians before she transitioned and I remember she came across quite selfish when it was all happening. It’s nice to see a different side.
