Just thought I would post a link to this as sometime ago there was a thread about BBC daytime crime series and how sometimes they were better that high profile 9pm slot series.

Have not seen any of it even a trailing to it might be rubbish.

But probably nice and sunny to look at!

Thanks for the heads up. I really enjoyed the last series. A bit silly, definitely cheesy but lots of fun and frankly a great distraction.

Saw the new series being advertised - starts tomorrow. Looks like something fun and feel good that can help with the dull greyness of current life. Might give it a go

Lovely to see the sexy max again

Tuned in to this again. Enjoyed the first two episodes. Easy to watch on a miserable afternoon though not sure whether it made me miss my Spanish holidays even more!

One episode was more than enough for me. What's with the music? It sounds as if they forgot it so stuck some porno background track on at the last minute!
But each to their own.

This reminded me of Murder She Wrote - formulaic, they always get the criminal, safe, light - never see anything gruesome.

It’s an easy watch and I do like Max and I think over the episodes they tone down the shrillness of Miranda (who I think is lovely).

Shame only 6 in s2. Not 10
