Just thought I would post a link to this as sometime ago there was a thread about BBC daytime crime series and how sometimes they were better that high profile 9pm slot series.

Have not seen any of it even a trailing to it might be rubbish.

But probably nice and sunny to look at!

Have only just seen this. It's not been advertised on TV or social media as far as I can see. Will set to record. Hope its good.

I got as far as 17 mins in and had to turn it off

Why?

It just wasn't for me, not my cup of tea at all. I found it ridiculous, and not in a ridiculous but good way.

I was very hungry at the time though and not in the best mood so maybe that was why it was giving me irrational rage.

I quite liked it! Will be watching again

Its better than watching bargain hunt. Ive only seen the first spisode so it may improve.

That was terrible - worse even than death in paradise which is cringe making.

Such a shame some of the other day time crime series have been quite good.

It was very cheesy but I enjoyed the scenery 😀

Utter shite. Got 12mins in.

2nd episode better I thought but I'm really watching it for the scenery.

I actually quite like it

Suits me quite well for what it is, but then I am sleep deprived and in pain all day (pregnant, due in 2 days, bad SPD) so my bar is quite low for what classes as acceptable entertainment at the moment!

Half way through the second episode and its not getting any better.

We're watching it; lovely scenery. Not sure about the quality yet. Will stick with it to see if it's a grower.

I quite enjoyed it - as long as you don't expect too much and just want easy watching. I love seeing dramas set in sunny places though.

It's fairly crap but I do like Max and there is an easy chemistry between him and Miranda - and I'm jealous of her hair, figure and wardrobe. I love her cigarette pants suits and smart shirts! It's 45 minutes of escapism in the sun on a dark winter afternoon

I'm on the 4th episode and its growing on me. If the first episode had featured more glamour with missing models or stolen artwork I think it wouldn't have put so many people off.

This has definitely grown on me. I like their chemistry. Just got the last 2 to watch.

Same here. Missed the first one, didn't bother watching to end of 2nd. Now enjoying the sun, scenary and silliness.

Why do women always have to be uptight, stressed etc? And men always easy going? I find it really annoying. I don’t dislike the series - I watch an episode when I am running on treadmill but wish they had swapped the stereotypes around. I find it passive aggressive sexism

Loved the last episode- clearly a Simon Cowell!
