Yes I think Chantelle is probably nervous it must be hard.
Max and ruby are not suited at all.
I didn't think Stacey and Martin fit really.
I never put Martin with Ruby it could work well. Whenever I put Max and ruby's name together I think of the cartoon theme tune Max and ruby, Ruby and her little brother Max

I agree that Ruby's clothes and style is the best on the square. (Certainly better than L's awful pink ensembles. )
It's a shame she was horrible to Lola and can be a bit nasty , but as a character she has charisma in spades. I hope they give her some good stories and don't turn her into a female gangster / Mel sort.

It’s the age thing, Max’s GF are about 20y younger than him. There does come a point!

Wonder why Sonia can’t afford car when she lives rent free and has done for years. Plus grandma Dot could easily afford to get her one. But didn’t seem to have spent any if Dr Leggs money at all.

I can’t understand the car storyline, a teenager who lives in East London with a tube line 3 steps away really does not need a car!

Most young people in London don't bother with cars: Bex is doing what now she is not going to Oxford? Even if she gets a job , chances are it'll be on a tube line and somewhere that you can't park easily! Plus they are not cheap to run.
In real life , Walford would be full of yellow lines and parking permits for the residents as well. Costs loads to park in London , especially if you live near a station.

Dot said she's buying her home ages ago.
Not sure what she'll do with the other millions! Did they sell Dr Leggs house? It was somewhere expensive so must be worth a lot!

So Christmas /NY will be - Who's the Daddy, Chantelle and Grey about to renew their vows but she gets drunk on her hen night the day before and he attacks her, and Martin and Ruby sneaking around for shifty shags. Oh, and something about the Carters because they own Christmas. Maybe Jean will die too, just for an extra bit of cheer.

Gray won't change. I agree that Chan will have too much fun ( now she thinks she's nailed his problem) and he'll revert to type.
