Red I have a similar method for mst things - it involves takingoff my glasses.

I am invisible without my glasses. I can't see you, you can't see me .

I fall asleep without my glasses on ! Very anti-ageing being asleep.

Does taking yours off, make you go deaf? Both my mum and I have always said the same, if we take off out glasses, we just can't hear properly. It might be because we both really can't see, and so all our senses switch off .
