Cute dog Halloween Grin

Raahh · 31/10/2019 12:04

I was so glad it was dark when I took him out that night- we live on an estate where there are about 5 other schnauzers , just on our road. Proper groomed posh looking ones. And ike. Grin.

(He had a hair cut the following week, looked a bit better. He's never liked being groomed much).

I'd never get away with dressing him now. I might lose a limb.

PrivateSpidey · 31/10/2019 12:34

Loving DrIkecula!! Halloween Grin V cute. I've managed to make the turnip lantern - it wasn't actually that bad although a cube of turnip did shoot out and hit me right by the eye, which wasn't ideal Halloween Grin. My DS was completely unimpressed by the whole thing and was complaining that it stinks - it hasn't even been lit yet!!

I was just thinking it could be Stan's last chance to qualify/be involved in the WTFs. I still think he's always got it in him to go full Stanimal but whether he could do it now for a full tournament after his injuries I don't know.

I would love Rafa to win the whole thing this week though. Now that would be great.

The dj is taking the proverbial 'wake me up when it's all over' ? Grin

Ouch ! Spidey that sounds painful.

The Garin match was pretty good in the end.

Raahh · 31/10/2019 12:43

Oh wow, it's Dimitrov /Thiem next. I've got so much to do.

Raahh · 31/10/2019 13:42

Grigor is going all out to prove us wrong agin today.

my problem with this, being that I am not convinced he can beat Djok. Again, Novak has an 8-1 record against Grigor- and Grigor beat him years ago, on clay.

Raahh · 31/10/2019 13:45

Of course, Stefanos could stand in Djok's way first. (I'm not expecting edmund to beat him). Stef seems to be winning at the moment againt De Minaur.

PrivateSpidey · 31/10/2019 14:23

Wow what a result from Grigor!

Adelie0404 · 31/10/2019 14:56

he was absolutely on fire (as the kids say!)
Caught the last set at least. Hardly did a thing wrong and had all the luck go his way. What a result from Grigor indeed. V pleased for him.
Now pm off and kids elsewhere so settling down to watch - and its Djok - boo. Come on Edmund!

kazzaD66 · 31/10/2019 14:57

Yes, just catching up with the results. Seems like an emphatic win for Grigor.

I'm half thinking of watching tennis now but Kyle vs Cock doesn't really appeal.
Although if it looked as if an upset was on the cards, I might be persuaded Halloween Grin

Adelie0404 · 31/10/2019 14:59

He's doing well so far (not so well that i don't switch tabs... sure break coming though and i shall do some vacuuming

kazzaD66 · 31/10/2019 15:05

Apparently, Djok is not very well?

Of course, the one match I really want to see today is scheduled for when I'm prepping, cooking and eating dinner!
Has Rafa got first dibs on the early evening slot Halloween Hmm

Adelie0404 · 31/10/2019 15:45

And now it's all so predictable. Rafa I reckon 7 at earliest. Tsonga's got a chance to get Struffed (or not) first - Djok may not be much longer here.

Raahh · 31/10/2019 15:53

So, I did the school run, and see today's Djok offering looks a lot like yesterday's.

Djok isn't well?

Shouldn't he be at home then? Hasn't he got a house somewhere in Monte Carlo, that's not that far away. We really won't mind if he decides he'd rather be there.
Maybe he's in a hurry because he's got an early flight booked?

Raahh · 31/10/2019 15:55

The whole 'not well' thing is insurance though really isn't it? In case he does lose.

cynic

Raahh · 31/10/2019 15:56

Djok sounds hoarse?

It would be terrible if he got worse, wouldn't it?

Raahh · 31/10/2019 15:57

He'd better not be spreading his germs around.

kazzaD66 · 31/10/2019 15:59

Hhmm! I saw Edmund lost a close first set, then looked again in what only seemed like 10 mins, to see the match has finished Hmm

kazzaD66 · 31/10/2019 16:02

Grin Raahh

I wouldn't want to be a ball girl handling his towel. Hand sanitisers and face masks all round Grin

Raahh · 31/10/2019 16:08

A few years ago, I think we posted a picture of a hazmat suit for ballkids , after someone posted a thread to get all offended on behalf of the ball kids, because of the bodily fluids they have to put up with from players. Funnily enough- I think it was after an incident involving Djok. THey wouldn't have it that it's an honour to be picked etc etc.

But I do think masks and hazmat suits for the next Djok mask are a must, for ball kids, official, and spectators.

Grin
Raahh · 31/10/2019 16:11

*match

kazzaD66 · 31/10/2019 16:11

I like your thinking Raahh
But surely, it would be easier all round if Cock just withdrew....HmmHalloween Grin

Raahh · 31/10/2019 16:30

kazza that is obviously my preferred option.
He sounded pretty rough. Bit like my dad did when I spoke to him earlier. He's had a bad chest for weeks now.

So so that should keep Djok out of London too, by my reckoning.

Grin.

Raahh · 31/10/2019 16:31

Tsonga is in danger of getting Struffed.

Adelie0404 · 31/10/2019 16:48

At this rate Rafa will be on at 6!
Shapo playing v well but i am watching the Struffing mostly.
Poor Jo-Willy.
Cat on lap and watching tennis with tea -happy me!
