I've always hated Come on Eileen. They were talking about it on ITT last night and I thought then that I don't think it's a great fit for a quickstep. But what do I know

I agree about the wayward 10s, when I watched Kelvin back there was a lot more swinging off lampposts than there were actual Charleston steps.

I'm not at all sure about All the Single Ladies for a Charleston, seems like more of a cha cha to me. But then I thought No Diggity would be terrible for a Charleston last year and I really liked it when I saw it.

Thanks for the new thread polka I agree that your username always makes me smile. It is so dreamy and such beautiful imagery.
Using music like Saturday Night's alright for fighting when movie week was last week always annoys me. Save it for the next series ffs.

I like the George Ezra track but not for a tango. Geronimo all over again.
I played Paradise over Joe and Dianne's Jump Around last year and it much improved it along with the cheerleaders in my head
I would do an American Smooth with Aljaz's bench and Johannes wearing Ian McEwan's hat to Ezra's Listen to the man to elderflower who introduced me to that track because of her late dp iirc

I just watched Monday's ITT and Anneka was a breath of fresh air. No attempt to pretend that she liked the song, or even had any choice about it whatsoever. She also complained about which dances the producers made her do and said she would have preferred more ballroom.
