Changed the name of this thread as we were very upset with the ending of series 3 out in Bangladesh! Waiting out for news of series 4. In the meantime, we are reviewing the seven series of Soldier Soldier.

Not sure you can go up Ayers Rock any more? Didn't the aborigines put a stop to it recently.

Seriously, she did get into a tiny bit of trouble in the Broccoli jungle episodes - she was even a bit testy with CJ...shame it didn't last until she got back to England grrrrr...

Sorry about the multiple postings. I do like Georgie, just, as a taxpayer, I think she adds considerably to the MoD costs.

Just read through all the comments from last night's watchalong. You were certainly all on fine form. Some of the repartee had me in stitches. I guess it was because there was a situation that fitted well with what we were used to in OG when Georgie would have completely taken charge and saved the day in record time 😄

Have to say, Georgie certainly always took charge (when she really shouldn't have - one of her many annoying characteristics!) but, rather than saving the day, it usually meant that she ballsed things up even further....

Yes, it is on iplayer at the end. The first series is definitely the best. We are huge fans of Captain James then Elvis Harte in series 2. We're waiting now to see when the new series airs and suspect it won't be too long before we hear if they're having the previous series on iplayer. Why not join us?

Ladies, ladies, ladies. I am so sorry about all of this - my plans have changed totally as my friend's husband has had an accident and is in hospital so I can do Tuesday after all! (He's ok, just being kept in for observation).

Evening, only saw the update about 15 mins ago, but I am ready. I've just been snivelling my way through 'Love your Garden' again. Oh goodness, they really do some fabulous things for people....
