Changed the name of this thread as we were very upset with the ending of series 3 out in Bangladesh! Waiting out for news of series 4. In the meantime, we are reviewing the seven series of Soldier Soldier.

CSM Stubbs' stepson is in training and his fellow squaddies have taken a dislilke to him.

Paddy looks very smart having received his medal from the Queen.

Remind me, what did Paddy get the medal for? Was it when the nursery in Germany blew up and he rescued everyone.

This week's problem is bufferiing, as I am watching UKTV on the telly.

Donna's lecturer is turning on the charm and wants her to go to Brighton.

He tells her that Dave came to see him last week.

I like Donna's dress by the way. It's the sort of thing Laura Ashley did back in the day. I had several of those.

It was a nice thing to do ilove but the VIP guests/Queen etc were given their tea and sandwiches in a separate area to everyone else, cordoned off by ropes and we were only allowed to watch from the edges - we got tea in tents too, but separate tents. We got to walk from the gardens at the rear through the central courtyard and out under the arch at the front of the palace to leave by one of the gates at the front. As said, it was nice but I nearly cried from the pain in my feet when I got back on the train.

The doctor (I always forget his name) meets up with an old friend whose husband seems to be in some sort of trouble.

So, the doctors friend has been made redundant from the job he took after leaving the army.

Paddy is after a little love nest. It looks more like a squat at the moment but he's a soldier, he can sort that out no problem at all!

They weren't that high ilove but just standing around on them constantly for about 6 hours without sitting down once was enough.

So Paddy's discovered renovation.

Oh no, the redundant soldier is trying to pull the wool over his wife's eyes by pretending to be on the phone looking for a job.

Stubbs junior turns up at the Tuckers' house.

(He was a teacher in Waterloo Road a few years after this).
