Haven't seen it. Ut saw the write up. Hate those kind of episodes where the bloke thinks it's great to try and give the woman a shit day.
I liked last week's guy, hmalthoigh she was an annoying one

Nuttyfellalovesnutella · 29/09/2019 21:33

I love it. The storyline arc though feels a bit contrived and always ends up the same. He has outlandish ideas, is really selfish. She has romantic plans, polar opposites to his. The wedding goes ahead, she is upset at first but all ends well in the end because of luurrve.

SouthWestmom · 29/09/2019 21:34

Last week was ok, he was a sweetie and the wedding was lovely.

This pair are just unfunny.

Watching on catch up. This guy is an absolute horror! I can’t figure out if he’s serious or not when he keeps stropping off? And a stag do just the 2 of them? He’s just so unfunny, even the venue and dress shop folk were looking at him as of to say wtf?

SouthWestmom · 30/09/2019 00:26

I just knew it would be because of The Play that Goes Wrong. So for them.

Well I'm crying laughing. Madness!

Sagradafamiliar · 30/09/2019 13:06

The bride's family were horrible when she tried on her dream dress 😲 making gipping sounds and saying they'd be the ones having to look at it! Bless her.

peppinanna · 06/10/2019 21:27

Anyone watching tonight's one?

wildone81 · 06/10/2019 21:39

Yep, and just waiting for it all to unravel....

peppinanna · 06/10/2019 21:44

Me too!! I'm cringing for them lol

june2007 · 06/10/2019 21:47

Is it a new seriouse or same old repeats.

Redglitter · 06/10/2019 22:01

Well they fairly screwed that up. Good on the Producers though

peppinanna · 06/10/2019 22:01

It's a new series. The bride looked at the grooms emails and found out all the wedding plans so the producers called it off

SouthWestmom · 07/10/2019 05:30

Shockwow. I shall have to watch that one. Did they have to pay the cash back?

Just watched it . Good for the producers.

I would be interested what happened to outstanding bills.

LIZS · 07/10/2019 14:41

Definitely a good call by producers. He seemed very disinterested in getting married. They must have decided in advance to keep in touch. The dress she chose was really meh , his was better so bet more to her brief. Hope they had to pay cancellation costs.

thecatsthecats · 07/10/2019 15:27

I had a crap weekend, and that ending was the highlight of it!

I LOVED how the lying friend persisted in showing her lying face to the viewers. And then had the nerve to talk about the bride and groom getting 'caught out' - it was her slip up!

I bet little nuggets of info get passed or found out all the time, but what really took the piss was that they changed their plans according to the reactions.

pinkribbons · 07/10/2019 17:41

I can't believe she was checking his emails and looking for the plans!! The wedding would have been shocking anyway flying back from Paris in your wedding dress after a quick wedding to then have your reception in Birmingham.
The producers handled it brilliantly I hope they don't have to fork out the expenses for brides stupidness.

SouthWestmom · 07/10/2019 18:35

Oh I need to watch this one. Is it on catch up?

OP posts:
Starlight456 · 07/10/2019 18:37

Yes I watched it on catch up today

Sagradafamiliar · 07/10/2019 19:03

I'm surprised it hasn't happened before. Mind you, if the friend hadn't let slip the Paris comment, they might've got away with it. The brides eyes darting to the camera after the slip-up! Shock

That 'friend' knew exactly what she was doing was she mentioned Paris. Her final comments really showed how much she fucking loved it.

I don't think they agreed anything beforehand, her scarily controlling nature was her downfall.

I doubt they'd have to pay anything back - they still got a TV programme out of it, probably their highest rated one for a while too.

Starksforthewin · 07/10/2019 21:46

This was the best episode ever.

What a bunch of liars, so glad they were found out. The friend and the mother trying to out face professional tv producers was a picture. As if your sulky ‘what do you mean, though ‘ is going to wash with them.

He definitely should not marry that girl. The whole family seemed trashy.

SouthWestmom · 07/10/2019 21:57

Just watched it with the kids. Very funny. Glad they had a nice catch up so they don't get crucified on social media.
