Gray is obviously going to blame Chantel for her having a miscarriage I expect. That storyline is really disturbing. She's trapped. I am hoping that they will handle it in a way which enables real life victims of domestic abuse to feel they have more options.

I thought it was very odd that Halfway is now practically running the undertakers. He took the job, said how much it was worth, how they couldn’t afford not to do it. He took the book, hung the decorations, then told Jay about it.

He only started working there as a complete novice a few months ago. For something like a crime lord’s funeral or anyone’s funeral really, you’d imagine he might run it past Jay first???

Another thing I can’t figure out is where do they keep the funeral hearse? I presume the carriage pulled by horses that they used for Peggy would just be hired occasionally? But they would have their own hearse as they’d need it all the time. Usually there is a second funeral car for family members too?

I dislike the Chantelle and Gray storyline. It’s like the Bex bullying storyline. Too much for what is really just a light entertainment soap.
