I'm surprised at how excited I was about this match this morning- Medvedev/Tsitsipas should be a good one. They have both had a great year, and although Daniil has won all their previous meetings, I think Stef has obviously improved over the year. Medvedev has obviously upped his game in the last few months.

This is probably the first time in a while that none of the 'big 3' are in the semi finals of a big tournament, and the oldest player is only 23 .

I've just read that Andy and Kim are expecting their 3rd child- and that Kim is due pretty much any day!

I think that may sway Andy in any retirement plans he might have- if his playing career doesn't go to plan.

I remember a year or two ago I could hear this horrible kind of breathing noise at one of the tournaments (can't remember which) and nobody else on here could hear it so it must be your turn Raahh

Well, Spidey from the article I read, it seems he is going to play Antwerp because it's only a short plane ride home (not worrying about carbon footprints at the moment), and might even play in Paris. I know he had a few weeks off after his first, and was injured anyway when they had the second, so I'm not sure.

I suppose Paris is not far- he won't be in it long, and it's the last tournament of the year- he's not going to be at the 02!

It has been fairly even this match- but Medvedev has the break, and looks like he will probably take it now.

Which means I've jinxed it.

Stefanos is getting a bit shaky- and was a bit sweary earlier.

I had to go out, and have just got back in time to see Sascha take the first set in his match.

I like the idea of a Sascha /Dan final. I do like Berrettini, though, and he's had a really good year.
