Omg watching the second season, so hard to watch but so brilliant, anyone else "enjoying" watching intelligent grown men and women endure ritual humiliation in the pursuit of wealth and success?

Apart from the Ken rap, there was the marriage proposal???? the Shiv/ Rhea manoeuvre (felt a little sorry for Rhea actually) and my favourite, Gregxit negotiations. So much magic in one show.

I finally got to watch Dundee last night. I was putting it off because I could not bear it looking all seedy and downtrodden. It looked lovely! I felt proud of my hometown. No idea where that very fancy hotel is though; have certainly never been offered a room there on any trip home.

So much action! Rhea is getting hers - they can really stick it to whomever when they want to. I swing between feeling sorry for each character and wanting to punch them. Incredible show.

The V and A certainly looked lovely. What is one meant to make of his Dundonian heritage though? In Scotland they are regarded as quite 'hard' and hard unionists, ie trade unionists, certainly back in the day. Was his house a former council house or a lower-middle class made good house? I still don't feel that informed about Logan, other than he had to get out, coupled with, clearly, a family backstory. I enjoyed the glances of Cox when he was young. He was quite sexy. Even if very short! I have a Glaswegian friend, who saw him at baggage reclaim, and he said that he was even shorter than him.

Perhaps Dundee's strong Union heritage informed him to being such a Union buster. But that is quite inside knowledge.

Nosing around the internet the hotel scenes were filmed at Gleneagles, it appears. Dundee is transforming itself though, loads of development there.

The actor is from Dundee originally though? Then emigrated to Canada I think.

I loved the bit where Kendall juts gets a flunky to get rid off his date after he saw her chat to his father.

There was a bit with Conner and his hooker that I missed at the beginning. Did he dis her in his speech?? I couldn’t hear it. I’ll have to rewatch it.

Love this show and love the theme music! Think all the characters are universally unlikeable and felt the dialogue between Shiv and Tom quite stilted but they seemed to have a real conversation in that cove for once and she actually did something nice afterwards.
And good on you Ken!! Who’s got that ‘killer instinct’ now?
And I want that yacht!

And if you haven’t seen it Bloodline is similar and excellent.

I am really struggling to get into Bloodline...
