OITNB Series 7/Final Series

Anybody else looking forward to this tomorrow? I am but also pleased it’s the final one and not dragged out further.

I need to find a good recap of series 6 as I can’t remember much from it!

What I remember is the sisters, who killed each other at the end, Piper was released, Blanca was deported and the pregnant inmate (forgotten her name and she's actually one of my favourites) seemed to be miscarrying.

What do you remember?

Ah yes it’s coming back to me now. I think I was thinking of series 5! I remember the new character Badison was really irritating. Sophia was released too wasn’t she?

Morello is the pregnant one.

I can't wait either - find that, even when it's not the best OITNB series, it is the most affecting thing I watch on TV. It can be so funny and so, so sad.

I was just checking that I've added it to my list on Netflix. According to the display, I didn't watch S6E06. I'm going to have to watch it later this evening, to see if I really did accidentally skip it.

I can't wait. I think it's the right time to end it but will be sad it's over. More American horror story in September too.

@TraffordTansy that’s how I feel too. Poussey’s death and Suzanne’s back story in particular still get to me.

It turns out I had watched every episode so far (I did think it unlikely that I would have skipped one).

I'm going to watch S6E13 (Be Free) this evening as a recap.

I'm looking forward to it, but also really sad it's ending, it's one of the best things we've watched. I kind of hope they do a spin off from it in the future.

I hope it ties up loose ends.

Will be interesting to see Piper out of prison, I don't think she'll adjust very well to life outside.

Im looking forward to it too.

Started watching again from the beginning fairly recently. Its really interesting to see it again knowing what is going to happen. I also forgot lots of parts too.

Got to season 4, but realised I wouldn't be able to watch it all before so stopped for a bit. Also realised it gets really nasty in places too. Poussey's death, Piscatella and other things. Im not sure I want to watch that again right now. I might start again from season 4 after watching 7.

I would imagine there will be a recap. I can remember: Taystee got found guilty for shooting Piscatella. The sisters killed each other. Totally forgot about Morello being pregnant.

Ugh badison! She never grew up which I think was the point of her character.

But i think they will wrap it up as carefully as possible...i think new evidence will come out etc so generally its a ‘happy’ ending

Yes I’m worried about that but also keeping my fingers crossed that Cindy tells the truth and it all ends happier.

I’m on a long day at work today but have a rare weekend off so will probably binge it all tomorrow!

I'd like to be able to discuss S7 on here but we will all be watching at a different pace. Can we justify having one thread per episode, or should just have one epic spoiler thread for S7 that we don't dare go on until we've seen the whole thing?
