I can understand Modern Family finishing but gutted about Life in Pieces!

Only four seasons and i much prefer it to Modern Family. If only it had been on more main stream channels. I loved all the actors and quite fancied the grandpa.

Have now seen final 2 episodes of Life in Pieces. Such a shame.
Apparently a shorter season had been ordered so the finale they went with - Mattoberfest - was never meant to be a whole series finale-finale.
Altthough spoilers for anyone whos has not completed watching series 4 you saw the family 'splitting up' to some degree: family home being sold/Matt going to Germany which would have meant John and Joan's brunches unlikely to be taken over by Jen the show still had legs. Had they known it was going to be cancelled, they would never have left it like that either, much more likely to have been an end scene of them all together at the table. Ah well.
New comedy needed now.
I liked: Scrubs The Middle Working Moms (new series hits netflix next week, yay!) The Letdown The Good Place Life in pieces Kimmy Schmidt Better things Fresh off the boat American housewife (in small doses) Brooklyn 99 About a boy Speechless....
Quite liked Gameface on E4 this week.

Oh no! That's a bugger, DH and I love it. Still waiting for the next series of Silicon Valley to appear too.

I need an app with all my tv series on, it's quite hard to keep track of what we're watching over various streaming services and where things are shown and when.

Sorry I didn't explain each - I have seen all of series one, I own it. I was just too tight to spend another 15 quid on prime. Not in UK so no access to iplayer, I have Netflix, Prime and So I was most grateful to see it this week.
