ah, forward planning and laziness - homemade soup out of freezer , cheese , bread and biscuits , raspberries I picked this morning with cream , no cooking!

I am. Ingratiating myself today as I made a massive curry first thing this morning so that we can all have some throughout the day. With microwaveable rice packets (sorry David Attenborough) I don’t have to move for the rest of the day. Lesson learned from previous all dayers. And Rafa needs me too. He needs us all.
