Thank you for the heads up on times .

I did not want to say anything earlier when i join the thread in case i was banned.

But i have had no dc's this week .
So no "what's for dinner " in my house

Dc1 and 2 A level and GCSE have finished.
I told exh this would be a good week to do his annual holiday with them to get "term time " holiday prices .

Dc3 is home educated so i authorised his absence!!

Downside is i have an awful lot to do tomorrow

Twas a different world kazza. DH was watching some old rugby match last night, and afterwards the coach went into the locker room and was shaking all the players' hands, while drinking a can of beer and smoking a ciggie

I’m not sure why I’m not feeling nervous about Rafa’s match today - I hope that Jo Willy doesn’t spring a nasty surprise. I thinks it’s probably because I like Tsonga so wouldn’t be as devastated if he won compared to Kyrgios but I still want Rafa to win.

Martina was talking the other day about how nowadays the players all have intense cross-training regimes with scheduled core workouts, etc, whereas her core-building exercise of choice was climbing trees.

Not to mention Agassi’s pre-match prep of a Big Mac, washed down with a spot of crystal meth

I'm always nervous when Rafa plays- but this is a different nervous. The whole build up to the 'other' match was so intense, and the will from the commentators for an upset was so strong, that it just annoyed me. Made an already stressful match , far worse.

I think today will be slightly better in the commentary stakes- though one whiff of an upset and they will be all over it.

I like Jo Willy- he's been slowly coming back from a knee injury, won in Montpelier in February. If he beat Rafa (hasn't done for a few years) I wouldn't be nearly as upset as I would be if he'd lost the other day.

But Vamos- I need a relatively stress free day!

Nah, he can’t have done any of that, or he’d be on the show courts with his own specially devoted commentary team.

Keith isn't meant to be that good on grass, but he is doing ok- and no lengthy matches, as you say.

Fizzy Foggy has probably done something bad everywhere, but you'd think he would have at least made it court 2 by now. Although the way things have panned out for the seeds on there, maybe not!

He won a masters this year after all- I mean come on, they put Keith on CC - just because he was playing a Brit . I think most of the CC crowd would rather see Foggy than Keith!

Fizzy I'm now imagining them walking the streets of Wimbledon to the 'Professionals' theme.

Yes Raahh Foggy probably has done something bad everywhere . I remember him being very bad tempered when he played Rafa a few years ago. I would much rather watch him than Keith though. He can be very dull even when he’s having a drama.
