Amy is very vulnerable. I was mid 20s before I had my first serious relationship. I very much believed in the one, I did go through a lot of crap...I had lots of guys a bit along the lines of Curtis who seemed interested and then wanted to go out with someone else/ just saw me as a friend/ were gay etc...But in the real world that shit isn't as intense, you get upset in the privacy of your own home, you feel sad you eat chocolate or drink wine, feel better and go through it all over again. You can't do that in the LI villa.

Curtis even said how embarrassing it was that he asked her to be his half girlfriend. She clung on to that and he laughed off how 'cringe'it was.

She's way way too invested, and grew this story of star crossed lovers, meant to be. Together forever and I think he hasn't really followed the narrative, but she hasn't noticed that he hasn't been quite as into her as she is.

Amber doesn’t need to be rude to Joanna but she doesn’t have to be her friend. I don’t think it’s Joanna’s place to decide how Amber should act.

I think Amber will have gone up in popularity after this episode. She handled it well.
