Protein, I do agree with you but I do think he tried to slow her down, he told her they would just stay as is and see how it goes during their date when she was hinting at the future and being his girlfriend.

I do think he needs to own it now with Amy though and cut her loose. She's not playing a game, he is, and to keep on with that game, knowing her mental state is simply cruel. He doesn't want her. Is obvious. I doubt he ever has.

But I think many people, Male or female, would be concerned by Amy's behaviour to be honest after such a short time. It would certainly have me running for the hills if a bloke was declaring his love for me at this stage and planning our lives together.

The only thing I can think of is that he decided it was best for them to break up completely. Even after Jourdan pied him he decided it was for the best as there was something missing and the attraction isn't there. Which is why he said he had never been so nervous in his life.

Now.. When it's come down to it and seen how needy and clingy to him she is, he's bottled it. This will cost him dearly. Who the heck would vote for them as a couple now??

Seems like Curtis realised he'd settled for Amy and then jumped at the chance to change but it backfired.

It's kind of like two people who got together at uni but became different people afterwards and stayed together out of habit. There's no spark left, they don't have sex anymore, they're basically housemates. Except totally sped up into a few weeks! Grin

It’s a real abnormal situation to be in isn’t it obviously, all those weeks together never leaving the place

I guess if you are inclined you could find someone absolutely amazing and think you have fallen for them

On the other hand you could find their behaviour a really off putting quite quickly

Oh and the whole Curtis and Amy thing is so messed up. I actually feel sorry for both of them. It’s very sad that it seems to be being played out on national tv.

Curtis was always playing a game with Amy imo. He realised picking the seemingly sweetest and most accessible girl and sweetly coupling up with her would guarantee his place in the villa and all the exposure. However he always kept his options open - his half girlfriend.
I find him monstrosly intrusive and patronising in the villa. I thought Jourdan called him on that last night when he told her to focus on her and she said, I am.
He never had a chance with a Jourdan but thought she was maybe his new and better option having seen Amy be a bit undesirable for his goals in the game.
He is stuffed now, or should be. In reality all the bros will save him as he’s the guy and Amy will be booted to the kerb

Oh god yes. And I cant help wonder if this is why she hasnt had a long term relationship. Because she jumps straight in and scares people.

But I think it Curtis and Amy and been a top 3 couple, he would have just let it continue.
