I wonder who'll be unlucky in 'love'?

Amy is so insecure. I actually feel sorry for me as she is going to struggle with what’s happening and on the outside with the way she has been portrayed. She comes across as a complete loon

I don’t think Curtis will recouple but word will get back to Amy and there will be drama. Dunno why but I always get the feeling that he’s acting.

I can’t believe people actually think Curtis will recouple?! Will he hell! He has no intention of recoupling, I’d bet my house on it!

He’s either been told by producers to randomly start saying he thinks his head has been turned, or he’s doing it off his own back just to get him and Amy a bit of airtime and an ‘aww’ moment when he (inevitably) decides that actually, she is the girl for him and he can’t believe he ever doubted it

There is no way you go from sleeping on the day beds with Tommy, with both of them miserable and mooning about because they ‘miss their girls’ to a few hours later, Curtis ‘in a plight’ and anxiously hand wringing because he’s decided that he likes a girl he’s barely spoken to, and who looks nothing like the girl he supposedly likes. I know not everyone has to have a specific type but I just don’t believe it.

Also, there have been a few pretty girls enter the villa in the last few weeks and he’s not even remotely been interested.

It just doesn’t make sense.

I would love for him to recouple for the drama, but there’s no way he will. Danny will pick Jourdun anyway probably, before he even gets a chance.

I honestly don’t think he has any intention of recoupling. Michael on the other hand...he’s too far gone to back out now, but yes, that doesn’t mean he won’t go back to Amber, but then the strop she’ll pull if he does...I doubt he’d want to go back there.

Poor ol long suffering Maura she can't catch a break can she? Whoever picks the islanders should have tried harder to find Maura's type. They found one for Anna so why not Maura?

Curtis and Amy hogging air time is a bit annoying when there are some gorgeous new girls not getting any airtime at all.

The reason Curtis won't re couple is because none of the new girls fancy him! He does look like a dick head even if the producers have told him to do it for air time it's just stupid

I think it was Tommy who said to Curtis about whether he was fed up wit Amy’s bitching and I think that’s true and he clearly has the ick.

With Curtis being a dancer an me being a cynic maybe he realises that strictly prefer a love rat ...

Anton lives close to me and I've spoken with a few people who know him and apparently he does extremely well with the ladies and he also apparently treats them like shit.

I think this may be a turn around for Amy. I can see Michael and Curtis being voted out in the future and maybe someone nice will come in for Amy. She's certainly garnering a lot of support and sympathy.

The new girls seem a lot more fun than the original girls, but that might be just because they're new and they're not worried about what 'their' man is up to. Amy, MM and Amber are clearly really not enjoying themselves in Casa Amor.

@Morgan12 I think that's probably true I'm not buying the Mr Nice Guy act at all the reason he hasn't found anyone is because the girls can all see right through him (and he shaves his legs)

Curtis said it was not the physical attraction that was missing, it was the way it was phrased. I suspect he is lying though. They put it down to Amy's bitchiness.

I predicted he would try to recouple last thread. As did others. Amy, god love her, but she comes across as a bit elderly and odd. They weird slack way she holds her mouth etc. And she's clearly terrified Curtis doesn't really fancy her and will take the first opportunity to get out. Which he is. I'm just surprised he's going for Jourdan. He could easily pick someone like Maria and play safe.

I didn't predict Michael would dump amber though and am quite surprised by that. I thought he was really into her.

It seems the boys are really saying they don't like it when the girls are bitchy and kick off. Which I suspect is true. And we probably haven't seen thr half of it.

She said last night if he couples with someone else she will leave and I think you're right, she'll walk if he finishes with her. It would destroy her.

This is the first year on Love Island where I've seen all this ganging up now & then and it's not fun or entertaining for me to watch.

The problem with Michael & Amber is that every time he tries to speak to her about something she snaps at him / tries to walk away. At his age he's probably thinking about the possibility of a long term relationship. And that type of behaviour is hard to live with.

Personally I think Amber's bitchiness is a defence mechanism and she probably has reasons why she responds this way. But she's not doing herself any favours.

Amy has more issues than Vogue. Anyone remember her saying in the opening episode that a guy dumped her and she left a 3 minute voicemail on his phone?

Curtis 'something is missing, maybe personal attraction

Micheal 'maybe not personal attraction, more that you have to be careful how you say something and you dont like that she comes across as bitchy'

I took it as Curtis saying lack of attraction and Micheal trying to say, actually it's not attraction theres things about her that are a turn off.

Also, Maria really reminds me of the Portugese cleaner lady from Love Actually

I feel a bit sorry for her because she hasn't even tried to get to know any of the new guys.

So what's the thoughts on who Curtis would recouple with? I think Michael will stick with Amber so that leaves Joanna.. though unless there's something they're not showing she's shown no interest in him. I think Danny will pick Jourdan. I actually think Curtis will recouple with Amy (only due to lack of options) but as these lot can't hold their water for more than 2 seconds, the shit will hit the fan immediately... then Amy to walk??

Great show again last night - lots to enjoy!

Glad Maura is having some fun with two guys. Not sure either of them are truly her type, but she's getting a bit of attention, which I think she deserves.

Think it is great that lots of them are reconsidering their options, as it would be fucking dull if they didn't. At the end of the day, finding love through proximity alone is unlikely and they had to couple-up in the first place, otherwise they'd be out, so of course they're all going to think again - unless there was a genuine connection.

Will be pissed off if after all this hand-wringing and camera time Curtis doesn't re-couple. He & Amy always made me want to vom, so I'm going with my gut and have decided they are not well suited. Amy needs to crack on herself and have a bit of fun and play the game!

Anna & Ovie seem much better suited than Anna & Jordan. Jordan also needs to crack on, as he seems like a catch himself and I'm sure one of the new girls would be thrilled to hook up with him.

Think Anton & Belle couldn't be less well suited but they both know they'll stay in the game if they are a couple, so why not?!

Wish I could give more than two shits about Lucie and whether she chooses Blonde A or Blonde B, but I just can't.

Molly & Tommy seem pretty solid. They've definitely had chats about sticking that we haven't seen on camera - IMHO!

Jourdan is just stunning and I want her to stay in for that reason alone!!!!! Don't care who she hooks up with, but hope it is someone, so she stays in.
