I wonder who'll be unlucky in 'love'?

I noticed a change in Yewande’s accent when Maura came in. I think she is insecure.
In what way?

I mean in what way did it change?

I couldn't place Yewande's accent when she came in, it was only through you guys saying she was Irish I found out what it was! I am pretty crap with accents though. Being a fellow Scot I recognised Anton's right away . I do love Maura's accent and best line of the night goes to her with 'that Russian looking bloke looks like he's out of Rocky IV' .

It got stronger and she started using 't's more in her speech.

Yewande lived in Dublin 8 before moving to Enfield so she will have a mix of accents. She definitely has a Dublin accent whereas Maura has a bogger accent (like me except I pronounce my th's, I just miss the end of words and sometimes the t in the middle of the word like waaher for water and whaa for what. I'm from the County that Maura is from but I was brought up in the main town and she was brought up in a small town about 15km from the main town.

Coincedentally UK Centre Parks are opening an Irish park in her hometown next summer. I did see some fb memes alluding to the fact that they put her in to bring awareness of the area and also that English men might think all girls from this area are up for it

Didn’t get to join in with the thread live last night as DP was here but I’ll be on it tonight.

I’ve had a soft spot for Tommy from the start but he just gets better. Not sure I fancy him so much now but he seems very sweet. Delighted he hasn’t been swayed by anyone new yet - the way he was when Maura came in, I thought he would easily have his head turned with the new girls but it seems he just wants to hug the toy elephant and think of MM instead!

I fee bad for Amy but you can see that Curtis is open to wandering, he just needs a bit of attention from one of the girls and he’ll be off. He might not even leave Amy - think he’ll be too worried about her reaction, but he’s definitely up for straying. My prediction is he’ll try it on with someone, get a bit too close and then go back to Amy for the rest of the summer, knowing he’s settled. Poor girl.

Yes that's right it's Maria (quite posh from Cheltenham) who's after Curtis.

Curtis has obviously realised that he and Amy together are not popular enough to win.

Yeah we haven’t seen much of Maria or the bathroom guy (Daniel?) yet have we? Belle is clearly going all out for Anton but I hope he doesn’t accept her advances if he’s still keeping his options open.

Curtis makes my skin crawl. He’s so fake!! Some of the others are acting (or have acted) badly too but at least they aren’t masquerading around as the worlds nicest guy!
He came in and coupled up with amy with the sole intention of being the new jack and Dani... he never really liked or fancied her imo, and now he realises the public don’t even like them as a couple.

Also Michael and Joanna look beautiful together (he’s so fit, I was wrong when I said I didn’t fancy anyone 😂), Anna and amber are being horrendously hypocritical with the whole Ovie thing and I’m still cringing from seeing belles claws stroking Anton, as a pp says, my precioussssss —ticket to the final—

Amber is far too immature for Michael, I don't think for one minute it would last on the outside. Amber's trademark work is 'why?' She says it all the bloody time when people say things eg 'you and Michael are great together'. I would say Joanna comes across as more direct and mature and she's not a great deal older than Amber.

Have just learned that ‘the eagle’ is that hideous on your back, legs over your head, man on top position that I refuse to do!

Re. Curtis and Amy trying to be this year’s Jack and Dani, did anyone else see Amy leave a thong on top of Curtis’ clothes in the drawer when she was packing for Casa Amor? It hasn’t been shown yet whether Curtis has found it but I’m sure Dani did the same last year when she packed Jack’s suitcase for Casa Amor.

Alloftit you have just posted my exact thoughts on Curtis. I bet if Curtis and Amy had been one of the couples that got most votes to save, he would be declaring how much he cared about her and how much he misses her and that his head isnt even slightly turned.

Curtis will do a lot better if he is honest and moves on from Amy I think it might show there is something genuine about him if he just sticks to be a nice guy then that's the final Nail in the coffin! I'd hope the producers would realise we aren't buying it and get rid but for some reason they seem convinced they should stay 🤷🏻‍♀️

I reckon Joanne will definitely be joining one of the boys to stay in the villa, seems like all of them except Tommy are interested in her.
