We’re gonna reach the end of thread 11 before the dumping!

At this point I hope Molly and Tommy win. Tommy isn't very bright but he's more genuine than I first thought when he came into the villa. And as others have said, they seem to handle difficult situations quite well.

Wowee465 · 28/06/2019 22:17

It’s a bit pointless to use clips from the games to send across when they’re doing the same game so they know it’s not real.
I hope the fact that the biggest thing to happen is Maura cracking on with someone when she’s single, along with 2 clips from challenges means it’s not a letdown.

Fairylea · 28/06/2019 22:18

I’m not sure if it’s an Aspergers thing @Eaudear - maybe, I have it so I can completely see it from her point of view if it is! Blush

CaptainBrickbeard · 28/06/2019 22:18

Amy seemed so worried and uncomfortable. I felt sorry for her. I don’t know if this is the right show for her!

Twotome · 28/06/2019 22:18

So I think - Tommy, Molly, Curtis, Amy and Michael will stick.

And - Amber, Anna, Jordan, Maura, Anton, Lucie and Danny will couple up with someone new.

What happens if one half of the couple want to stick and the other half wants to couple with someone new?

Eaudear · 28/06/2019 22:19

As an aside, MM and Lucie must never wash their hair - MM's especially would just be way too much hassle to dry!

MoominMantra · 28/06/2019 22:20

There are SO many people out there with undiagnosed ASCs, especially women. In my case, I'm happy to not have friends, not because I don't like people but because it's pretty exhausting for me to keep up with the expectations that friends have - talking on the phone & being in groups of women etc. Whereas to NT people that's just a natural thing.

Whisky2014 · 28/06/2019 22:22

Can we give it a rest with the mumsnet diagnosis. Ffs.

ILoveYou3000 · 28/06/2019 22:22

Twotome If one person chooses someone new but the other doesn't then the one who doesn't is supposed to be sent home, as they become single. That didn't happen last year with Josh/Georgia/Kaz so who knows this year 🤷🏻‍♀️

mrssunshinexxx · 28/06/2019 22:23

@Twotome then they get dumped .. if it's like last year
If they walk back in to main villa on their own it means they want to get back with original couple of they come in with new guy original guy risks being dumped

MoominMantra · 28/06/2019 22:23

No @Whisky2014 why does it offend you that I should point out obvious social differences when they are generally a big problem for people who go through life never fitting in and not knowing why.

Don't tell me to not express an opinion . Ffs

Twotome · 28/06/2019 22:24

@ILoveYou3000 ah OK - does that go for all the new contestants too then? They only get to stay if one of the originals choose to couple up with them?

Twotome · 28/06/2019 22:26

LI thread keeping breezy as usual HmmGrin

MoominMantra · 28/06/2019 22:26

Last year, if they came back from Casa Amour with someone new their original partner just became single and didn't immediately get kicked off. Which is different from previous years.

MoominMantra · 28/06/2019 22:27

Sorry @Twotome I just hate being told 'don't post this'. I can say what I want - people don't have to agree.

Fairylea · 28/06/2019 22:27

@Whisky2014 no one is diagnosing anything... just having a discussion! Anyone can discuss whatever they like. It’s an interesting point to consider, that’s all.

fraxion · 28/06/2019 22:28

being in groups of women etc. Whereas to NT people that's just a natural thing.

Is it? Personally I can't be assed hanging out with groups of women. Yes I have friends but we don't hang out in groups.

Wrongdissection · 28/06/2019 22:29

I don’t think either Michael or Amber will have their head turned. Anna is a goner for Ovie. MM and Tommy won’t turn either I don’t think. I think Amy will stay loyal and so will Curtis probably.

Anton will be friend zoned by all the girls. Several of them will make a hard play for Michael but I think he’s pretty smitten with Amber, if he wasn’t then I think he’d have ditched her by now. Will be interesting what the one who fancies Curtis does and how Curtis reacts to it.

fraxion · 28/06/2019 22:30

How many nights are the girls in Casa Amor, two? Anna was right in there wasn't she!

sallyscallop · 28/06/2019 22:31

@Whisky2014

We speculate that Curtis is camp (could he be gay) Maura is brazen (is she a 'slapper') Amy is clingy (is she a sociopath) .... surely we can discuss neurodiversity too?

Twotome · 28/06/2019 22:31

@fraxion oh it’s only for 2 days? Doesn’t give much time does it.

MoominMantra · 28/06/2019 22:32

With Lucie it's the lack of facial expression and idiosyncratic speech tone / pace that makes me think this. At the very least she's quirky and won't (can't?) conform to social norms.

My NT teenage dd conforms all the time to fit in. She doesn't like bitching but she will automatically conform and adjust her behaviour to meet the expectations of peers.

Serenajoy1 · 28/06/2019 22:32

What is a "nt person "? I find this aspect of Lucy fascinating actually

IamHyouweegobshite · 28/06/2019 22:33

I've actually thought Lucie has shown many Aspie, HF asd traits. My daughter is hf asd, and has a very similar way of looking at things, not understanding social ques, etc. I find it refreshing and reassuring that lucie says or does something, not with malice. But because she truly thinks it.

MoominMantra · 28/06/2019 22:34

NT just means 'neuro-typical'
