I really don't think it was bullying. A group of people strongly disapproved of an action taken and they let that be known. They did it in a childish, immature way but it was fairly short-lived.

Bullying is seeking to harm or coerce someone who could be perceived as vulnerable or where there is a power imbalance and there was nothing about Danny & Arabella that could be perceived as vulnerable - as far as I could see.

I honestly donr find him attractive at all. His jaw is too strong. His head looks diamond shape when he looks straight at the camera.

I know it's awful and I am sure someone will come along and tell me how horrible I am (that's joke, just incase) but it really puts my off him. It's all I notice when he in in the hut.

Bullying also dowsnt have to have a power imbalance. Bullying at work, can be bullying even both people are the same level.

And actually I don't mind his personality-what we've seen of it-which isn't much to be fair.
He didn't really say anything wrong about Maura-just that she can be a bit loud-which is true... nothing wrong with talking a new relationship through with a friend that way-unless it comes out in which case Maura will hit the roof

I am convinced that Molly-Mae & Tommy's strong jawlines are filler! Especially if you look at MM's pics from way back when.

I get wanting someone slim/toned but why would you care how they achieve it and if they go to the gym or not?

Personally, when I have dated someone who doesnt go to the gym, it seems to cause problems. If going to the gym everyday is important to you and something you enjoy doing as a couple, you will want someone who like the same hobby.

It's also got potential to cause issues. If one person doesn't feel its important, and the other makes time for it everyday it can cause problems.

Just look on mumsnet, hobbies cause loads of issues. Loads better if both enjoy doing it together.

I think Tom prefers Maura to Lucie because she's much closer to him in age. Lucie is sweet but seems like a little girl by comparison. Tom had to couple up with someone, so he's gone with the best option available at the time. I doubt he's everything on Maura's list either!

Funny how so many accused Amy of bullying yet so many are insistent Amber's and Anna's actions weren't.

I find her funny, but can imagine her making people cringe. My dad, for example, is lovely man. But very low key. He coildnt beckwith someone like Maura. Drawing attention, constantly, would make my dad uncomfortable. I mean my dad woildnt be in love island and if he was he wouldnt have picked her as he really wouldnt have liked her.

Yeah, I see your point - IMO it's important to both have hobbies in a couple but not that the hobbies have to be the same. But everyone is different and Tom is entitled to like what he likes.

The resentment on MN seems to be when one of the couple is saddled with 3 kids mopping up piss every weekend while the other one's cycling 100km with their mates.

Proteinshakesandtears but there were plenty of people on Danny & Arabella's side too. Maura, Tom, Anton and quite a few neutrals. I really don't see any power imbalance or vulnerability. I saw a few people being angry (in a not very justifiable way, but then emotions often aren't) who expressed it badly. I genuinely don't think that could be described as bullying.

There is a difference between having a strong opinion and expressing it badly and bullying.

Yes I definitely think Toms jawline is filler.

I hated the way Anna randomly mentioned it wasn't fair that Lucie was still in the villa instead of Yewande.
It's very insidious- implies Lucie is not worthy.

The fact is Lucie didn't follow Joe, she clearly is talking about him in a way that shows she is over it and is looking to meet someone else.

What Lucie choses to do is absolutely none of Anna's business and she has no right to decide who is worthy of staying.

A while ago someone said they hope Maura finds out what Tom said in the game she won't it didn't air till after the game was filmed as we saw them both last night.

Amber and Anna both seemed drunk to me same as when they were on the balcony! Amber was practically slurring her words in her chat with Michael. Ambers behaviour was bad she was goading and being quite aggressive it was Anna's that really showed herself up she wasn't even putting a point of view across just being horrible!

I am 37 with a house of my own and 2 kids.

What prompted it, is because my dad would be like Tom. He wouldnt want to be with someone like Maura, but that doesnt make it wrong.

Like Tom, my dad would cringe. That doesnt mean he wouldnt like anything about her, or not liking that part of her makes someone awful.

I was simply explaining that I get it, i know people like Tom and dont think he is out of order feeling like that. Nor do I think it makes him a bad person.

Tom also cannot grow a proper dark beard considering his hair is so dark.

If someone did that to you at work because you made a decision they didnt like, would it be ok?

Sorry Tom is in MY top 3, I know most people don't think he's all that 🤣 Jordan and Michael are also in there which I know some people wouldn't agree with either!
