Anna and amber always let themselves down when they act immature like that shouting yuck as to people are kissing 🙄. Anna sayings Danny feed Yewande lies it that still the my head wouldn't be turned thing he isn't the first one to say that won't be the last! And getting cross at anton I never saw him speak two words to Yewande after the first week and Arabella was clear she was into Danny why shouldn't he pick lucie because she isn't in you clique!

This is a great time for casa amour because even the strong couples seems to have a divide in the girls vs boys.

carmenbea · 25/06/2019 14:24

Oh god arabella and Danny lol in front of everyone!!! Of course that will piss Anna and Amber off and cause drama. I hope they don't let themselves down but doesn't look good. Shouting URGH when Danny and arabella kiss

riotlady · 25/06/2019 14:25

I have to say I’m surprised Anna and Amber care so much about Yewande. You wouldn’t have thought they’d have that much in common

RefreshifyMe · 25/06/2019 14:27

First look 😮

Amber's not blessed in the self-awareness department. 'The last think I'd ever do is try to cause problems'! I think this will push her and Michael apart and it's already causing issues between Anna and Jordon. Would be good to see the mean girls get some comeuppance.

I'm slight embarrassed that at the end of this thread we will have notched up 10,000 posts. I keep thinking how if I spent this much time on work/exercise/housework I could have achieved quite a lot by now stuff that though, loving this now

Bellendejour · 25/06/2019 14:30

From First Look Amber and Anna are being horrible and childish.

awaits accusation of unconscious bias

Getting really fucked off with all the thread based racism accusations, why not accept that eg Yewande and Amber are being criticised for the specific bitchy unpleasant behaviour people are at pains to detail IN THE SAME WAY AS ALL THE OTHER CONTESTANTS Amy/Curtis/Mollie Mae etc?

Sigh.

Gummybear11 · 25/06/2019 14:30

Anna and Amber Angry childish bullies. Can't stand them.

itswinetime · 25/06/2019 14:32

Arabella definitely wanted to stir something up she did, she was never going to be popular with everyone they way she went about things.

Danny should have been upfront and honest from the off

Yewande and everyone seems to have forgotten her fireside rant to Curtis and Amy about Danny the night before Arabella arrived she wasn't in to him and they should all of kept out of it and not tried to make her fight for her man she didn't want but then we don't have a show I guess.

It's a show and people made the choice that was right for them I'm sure they will all get over it if given time but I'm really hoping the next day is casa amour so they wake up and boom evil I know but good tv hopefully.

Gummybear11 · 25/06/2019 14:32

Agree all the accusations of racism really tiresome and unfounded.

Same on Twitter, all Y's unconditional supporters have a massive agenda, everything about the colour of her skin.

I totally think this and yet I am really enjoying it... at my parents for the week and got totally intellect-shamed by my mum last night who INSISTED ON TALKING ALL THE WAY THROUGH IT Angry
But I WILL be watching tonight Grin

rockingchaircandle · 25/06/2019 14:41

Bellendejour Gummybear11
There's really no need to stir it up again and misrepresent the argument.

Bellendejour · 25/06/2019 14:44

Or should I say TONIGHT (in Iain Stirling voice) Grin

RefreshifyMe · 25/06/2019 14:47

mum last night who INSISTED ON TALKING ALL THE WAY THROUGH IT. Shock. I'd go back home, I think.

RefreshifyMe · 25/06/2019 14:49

nowifi I know, I'm inordinately proud of my new name Grin

Jimjamjooney · 25/06/2019 15:13

Bellendejour when things have been pointed out, the problem isn't that there was criticism of dickish behaviour, it's about how the same behaviour displayed by someone else is described differently. No-one is saying you can't criticse people of colour FFS!

I love Anna and Amber but they are completely in the wrong heckling Danny and Arabella.

unique1986 · 25/06/2019 15:14

Wouldst it be funny to leave the guys on their own, put new guys and girls with the old girls.

Bellendejour · 25/06/2019 15:20

Err @rockingchaircandle stir it up again? FUMING It’s currently being discussed.

I actually enjoy a bit of social analysis and looking at ways the show shines a spotlight on eg issues of race, sexuality, control/abuse etc and that is interesting to talk about BUT it’s tiresome to have posters perpetually fingerpoint/accuse anyone who says anything against any BAME contestant of bias despite clear facts/examples being presented in terms of unreasonable behaviour AND when white contestants are being criticised for the same things (bullying, being aggressive/bitchy, gaslighting etc). Maybe you haven’t done this yourself but others have and it’s frankly pretty offensive.

I won’t bother posting on this subject again as what comes around goes around and from now on I am TEAM BREEZY

And Team Maura obvs.

LittlefairyMum · 25/06/2019 15:28

@AngeloMysterioso thanks for that!

I'm beyond thrilled to here they get new clothes halfway through ( not that I'd wear any of their clothes) apart from some of the swimwear.

Did anyone hear Toms comment last night about being afraid of burning his cheekbones ?
What a dope! 🙄

StreetwiseHercules · 25/06/2019 15:30

What is this expectation of Danny to have been “upfront”?

Yewande played mind games and didn’t really like him. Arabella came in. He took some time to figure out what he wanted to do. What’s wrong with that?

Yewande was absolutely awful.

rockingchaircandle · 25/06/2019 15:31

Really not seen this finger-pointing! Think there's been more general nuanced challenges to language used etc, but let's move on.
Happy to be Team Maura too, they we definitely agree!

Proteinshakesandtears · 25/06/2019 15:41

Apparantly everyone in the villa has forgotten that. And forgot that she was telling loads of them that there was something missing and she didnt see it going anywhere. He was too needy etc.

itswinetime · 25/06/2019 15:44

He took some time to figure out what he wanted to do. What’s wrong with that?

That isn't what he did in my opinion I agree Yewande wasn't in to him I agree she was horrible with the rant ect.

However when she then started to make effort however awkwardly I think he should have said ' I'm not sure what I want anymore I don't know if we are compatible I'm going to get to know the new girl.'

Instead he told all of his 'doubts' to everyone else especially Arabella I don't think that is the grown up way to handle it. We can't know how Yewande would have reacted had he been honest instead of making her feel like she has made an idiot of her self.

It's rare that anything is all one persons fault. All three has moments of behaving badly some worse than others but 🤷🏻‍♀️

INoahGuy · 25/06/2019 15:47

Re: First Look. Who wants to bet that it was Anna that shouted “EURGH” when Danny and Arabella were kissing? Then Danny wanders over and accuses Amber who doesn’t say who it actually was out of loyalty to Anna?

Absolutely! It's really doing my head in!

Amber and Anna are being very childish- playground bullies stands to mind. They're trying to isolate Danny now. (I think Arabella will be fine because she is some sort of mole/they are intimidated by her and she seems popular.)
