Madonna looked ridiculous, squeezed into a corset about 2 sizes too small for her, no wonder she was struggling to breathe. She looked like mutton dressed as lamb and didn't seem mentally alert either. I get that the image and eye patch is all to do with promoting her new album, but if she was wise she'd tweak the outfit a bit so she could breathe properly, and so that it covered a bit more of her thighs (they're not trim enough to carry off that level of exposure) and maybe use make up to denote an eye patch, rather than stagger around with impaired vision. IMO she's lost the plot and has such a massive ego that nobody is brave enough to tell her how awful she looks.
