What an episode! I found some of it cringey (the music chosen for example) but felt so sorry for Callum when he was crying at the end Glad Tiff saw Bernie enjoying herself and didn’t try ruin it for her. Was anyone else expecting Tina and Bernie to have a sneaky snog?!

I thought Ben laughing/grinning while being beaten was because he had successfully goaded Stuart to that point. That’s what he wanted from that conversation- to wind Stuart up to the point where Stuart carried out his threat and then he grinned to let Stuart know that even that (the beating) wasn’t going to stop him. He was showing Stuart- “you can do what you like to me, but it won’t stop me”. I think Bens pretty hardcore tbh. He was in prison previously so maybe he became well practised at taking a beating.

Agree that was a fantastic episode. Extremely well done. EE are doing some great work this weather on their serious storylines.

It's good that there are many different interpretations to it on the events. Makes it more interesting!

I also felt the Pride episode was excellent - it was fun, exciting and poignant. Loving the Callum and Ben story as well.
