Just had a slight panic when I saw the thread was nearly full.

The score watching is stressful!

Raahh · 19/05/2019 16:41

My Prime has now stalled- ffs.

I hate prime

Will they mention Rafa if he wins, I wonder?

Probably not Raahh Grin

Raahh · 19/05/2019 16:45

I expect them to call him 'Roger'. Grin

Mac is on fire Grin

Raahh · 19/05/2019 16:52

Come on Rafa!!

Fizzywinegum · 19/05/2019 16:56

Uh oh! Djokovic is trying to get the crowd behind him - yuk! Now he’s the best thing since sliced bread and Rafa is showing frailties according to the commentators Hmm

Raahh · 19/05/2019 16:58

Fuzzy oh yes, and he's not tired now Hmm. Fresh as a daisy now.

When he was losing, he was fatgued, and they were ready to blame the extra time on court he'd played.

Which is still a whole lot less than when he plays 5 set matches.

And now- they are blaming the shadows, again. I think they stole Federer's script. Grin

Wimbledon looks gorgeous.

Raahh · 19/05/2019 17:02

Something I notice with the Prime coverage- usually, the player who wins the point is the focus of the camera. It's how I can tell who won a point when I lose concentration Grin.

In this match it appears to be Novak, win, or lose.

Does it Jane? I can't believe it's nearly that time of year again. This year has gone so quickly.

OP posts:
Raahh · 19/05/2019 17:04

Yes!

OP posts:
Fizzywinegum · 19/05/2019 17:04

Yes but the shadows only affect certain players Raahh

I do love Wimbledon Jane - I know it can seem a bit old fashioned and stuffy but i like the tradition of it and the lovely greenness of the courts. Someone told me you can apply for tickets online now though instead of having to send a SAE Smile

JaneJeffer · 19/05/2019 17:05

It's flown. DS2 gets summer holidays in two weeks!

Raahh · 19/05/2019 17:06

And now, Djok has destroyed a racquet and the commentators are complaining that he shouldn't be penalised for showing emotion. Piss off.

Er- where is the congratulations for the break of serve??

I am beginning to be glad I have been unable to watch all week. This is really not good for my blood pressure- mainly because I want to scream at the commentary team.

Thanks it's pretty here But cold and wet!
Kinda glad I can't see this though, not sure I want to hear the commentators and it's not good for my nerves Confused

Raahh · 19/05/2019 17:19

mama you do not want to hear this.

Well, if you are Djok fan, you might. Grin.

He seems to do better when I don't watch the score so I'm going to wait for you all to start celebrating.
