Just back from dropping DS off at tennis. DH and I will pick him up later and go on for a quick Thai dinner to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary (I was a child bride ) Apparently, the gift for this wondrous millstone milestone is a musical instrument, so perhaps I'll play the spoons later

I love those traditional wedding anniversary gifts - although the only one I've had was for the "wool" anniversary (must have been 7/8 years I think) and DH got me a tea cosy

So I see Wimbledon has announced today they won't put the roof on if a match continues the next day and the weather's fine, as with last year's Rafa-Djok semi. I had a feeling they'd already announced that but maybe I was just imagining it. Either way, too little too late IMO!

That SF day has forced a few rule changes hasn't it. Although I suppose the roof issue came from the lack of fifth set tiebreak in the first place, so....

I'm still annoyed about that!
