Is the rest of the series any good?

I can't remember, but there were things I thought were useful to know. Doesn't necessarily mean I'll do them though

I've not seen it but from the food described by a poster above it sounds like about 2500 calories. I wonder if they were overweight of the show producers would have calculated it at 3500 or something?
