Red over the past couple of year, the receptionists at mine have become dreadful, really unhelpful and jobsworthy. I've been there over 20 years, it never used to be like that. I'm grateful for online appointment systems and a computerised check in!

I can't cope with the idea of DFS ending up smug over Gobby having to cancel her holiday- but it does look like it's being set up that way. Will the Mill compensate her? I don't think travel insurance covers you for cancelling because your colleague may be a murderer. .
