The family set up, I think there are 4 siblings. Halla the politician and her twin brother Gisli, another brother (Olafur?) who is now married to Gisli's ex wife and another sister Elin who is married to Finnur. And 2 children, Vikingur (Gisli) and Aron (Elin)

I did have a look how much 10 million Icelandic krona were and it is about £63,400 as it did sound such a lot to be in that bag. I kept thinking it was pounds.

Love Trapped - Andri, Hinrika and Ásgeir - even Trausti the jerk city cop from series 1 now strutting around as SWAT commander (and giving me flashbacks of Howard Hunter from Hill Street Blues). I also like Bárður, Hinrika's ageing hippie husband!

However I do find Andri's daughter remarkably stupid for a teenager - randomly texting an unknown person on a phone she found in a big bag of money at a murder crime scene.

Siglufjörður is stunning and you still feel its remoteness even without being snowed in.

Still watching and enjoying it.
Asgeir is getting more involved and I think his love interest will return soon to check out the water in the lake.
Hinrika is great, I quite like Bardur but would have dumped him last season.

Thorhildur really annoyed me with her stupidity with the phone, I mean really?

I wonder what that guy who checked on Vikingur is up to, he is always there somewhat in the background but very present.

Thorhildur is deeply annoying. Are all teenagers that dense? And self obsessed?

And the Hinrika scan - don't scans have dates on them? Was it a miscarriage or a termination do you think? Bardur would piss me off tbh and maybe she needed to not be having a child with an aged stoner...

I’m not sure how old Thorhildur is meant to be, probably a lot older than she acts. I also have no idea who done what, but it will probably be someone who we don’t suspect, the guy in the background is the obvious suspect. Perhaps more backstory will come out about the scan, hopefully.

I can’t wait for next weeks now

Torhildur js meant to be 15, her boyfriend is 17.

I wish I had known of the name Þórhildur when my daughter was born, it sums her up to a tee.

Thorhildur was a brat in the first series as well when she was about 12-13. She (together with her younger sister) bullied that little kid Maggi who was about 6 or 7. I don't think that the Aunt is really helping by indulging her tantrums and not setting boundaries.

I am loving the little old lady of doom who keeps popping up to say everyone is cursed! Grin

I actually lay awake at 3am trying to work out who it could be.
Someone who knew what Thorhildur wore to the funeral and who knows the layout of the aluminium plant. I know David appears to have an alibi, but it was a politician and I suspect its dodgy. Stefan seems to be everywhere and knew Vilkingur had a motive to kill Pavel. Don't think it's the mayor as she was limping and the person who stabbed Asgeir wasn't when they ran off.

Caught up with episodes 7&8 last night.

I actually felt sorry for Thorhildur, she just need Andri to step up as a dad a bit more.

Poor Hinrika.

And Asgeir, what are you doing!? I had flashbacks to Sarah Lund.

Stefan is dodgy and I loved the old lady of doom.
