My dog is a menace. And hates being groomed- so is only smart for about a day after he has a hair cut- and then looks like a yeti for 2 months.

DH and I went off to watch a film on Netflix and it was absolute rubbish and we stopped it halfway through so that was a waste of time! I am struggling with no alcohol and the Voice together but all that changes next week on 2nd February wahooooo!

I managed - stone cold sober- to literally speedwalk into the end of my bed last night, breaking my toe (for the sixth time) and cracking my kneecap , which is now making squelchy noises.

I might as well drink. I have gained nothing form Dry January, other than a stockpile of wine, an unremitting bladder infection, a cracked kneecap and a broken toe

My DF is a Keith and does indeed look rather like that dog.

Rou, most films on netflix are rubbish aren't they? I do more flicking and thinking ' no, nope, not for me' than actually watching anything. Some of the documentaries are ok though.
We don't have Sky , but I doubt I'm missing much there either!
The voice has been very weak this year ; it was a good idea once now flogged to death.

I had a boyfriend called Keith and he was very tasty Poor you on the knee accident, you have my sympathy having had a horrendous knee injury that did me in for a while. I sometimes think going Dry for a month is not good for you. I'm waking with hangovers! (worse than if I was drinking)

80s I feel it's my duty to warn you about the rubbish film we tried to watch. It's a 2018 one with the errant son from Downton Abbey as main part. It's called 'Apostle'. Should've read the reviews better!
