Anyone else embarrassingly excited for tonight's return?

My rhubarb plant died in the cold last year. Must get another one.

I went ice skating once with ex-p and my folks. Ex-p was being a dick (as usual). Dad made me come off the ice before I murdered ex with my skate blades.

Surely you coulda got away with accidentally skating over his neck when he fell over iklboo

Saira was wildly over marked. For Jason to give her the same as Wes and Richard was ludicrous. She was in hold 99% of the time. Even the dreadful GC skated more on her own and that's saying something.

When I was at boarding school we used to get taken to Bristol Ice Rink in the mid 80s. I was petrified and useless due to my dyspraxia.
Even more so when I was warned to keep my fingers tucked in if I fell over in case people skated over them!! 😲

I did skate a bit as a little ‘un. Nothing advanced, just weekend fun stuff.

I tried it a few years ago with DD at Somerset House - terrifying! Couldn’t remember what to do. I just crawled miserably around the perimeter till our session was over. I think my body realised how breakable it was and that was it. Another dream of international stardom dashed.

If you fall over, make sure to keep your hands n fingers close to your body, cos if ya don't you could lose them. Usually preceded a story of a kid losing g his finger/s falling over spread eagle! lol

Just watching now, didn’t think Saira was that bad actually! She was definitely pulled along with no solo skating, and I think some of the others should have been scored higher purely for the amount they skate on their own.
However, I have to agree that Jayne’s makeup artist must have been feeling seriously mean this evening
Hope JT just doesn’t really give a fuck as she shouldn’t but I’d be veering away from highlighting that area which can be notoriously unforgiving. She has a killer body though!!

I've just read the Gemma Collins went home straight after the group skate because 'she was bored'.

She also held up a full dress rehearsal by being late because she was 'having a nap' and was also late for the group skate rehearsal.

This in top of her being late for the first meeting with Chris & Jayne.

Who the bloody hell does she think she is?

Wow! I don't really know much about her. Is it possible the show is painting her as a bit of a character (in line with her 'lazy' persona) for PR purposes? Maybe she's contractually agreed to be the black sheep

I'm sure the show needs some headlines to encourage viewing figures/ avoid cancellation again.

If you have access to My5 (channel 5 on demand) there’s a series called In Therapy with therapist Mandy Saligari. The GC sessions go a long way to explaining why she is how she is. It’s quite sad to watch.
