Yep Robert would be more likely to arrange an accident or something. He's nasty, but doesn't like to get his hands dirty.

Jessie is an idiot. If she wants Billaay to fit in getting Robert arrested and antagonising the Dingles isn't the way to go about it.

I loved how she said (something along the lines of) “and that’s just how it’s going to be” to Marlon and he just stood there and accepted it. It was almost like a book I read where a couple got married and literally as soon as the husband got the hotel room door closed after the wedding he flipped into mr abusive telling his wife how things would be from now on. Jessie has her feet underneath the table now, the ink is barely dry on the marriage certificate and she’s laying down the law to Marlon who has opened his home to her and her two kids. I hope he wakes up soon!

I think Jessie did what any decent parent would do. To hell with fitting in with the neighbours.

Robert won't go to prison anyway because the writers won't have their precious Robron parted again so soon after Aaron's prison time.

I don't think Robert did it but he didn't want Aaron to get arrested. I think there's someone else around who Billaay knows and that person broke into the Dingles' house and beat him up.

I think you are right Jane. Robert is just protecting Aaron but there's no way he did it. Nor did Aaron. There's someone else on the loose.

I don't think he did it either, he's a horrible person and has done some truly awful things but as Yambabe said he doesn't like to get his hands dirty.

I wonder are we going to have a homeless story with Bob just like Sean in coronation street.

I have a soft spot for Robert (because I fancy him). Did anyone else think the actor playing him now was Karl Davies, the second Robert?

I stopped watching for a while just before Ashley died, can anyone tell me where Carly went? And Bob and Laurel had an affair/slept together? What happened there?

And is Brenda the most irritating person on the planet???

MrsS the casting of Robert was brilliant because Ryan Hawley has a look of both Karl Davies (sexy bastard) and Christopher Smith (young Robert) so he's perfect and totally gorgeous.

Oooh that bit has gone over my head clearly!! Love Ellis. Yes Jessie was being awful this episode, not like Marlon to let this being going on around April!

Can’t wait to find out what Billy has done.... although I’m sure he’ll be best mates with the whole villiage by Easter and we’ll have forgotten about him being a temporary baddie 🤷🏻‍♀️
