I only check into ITT now and then but i would write it off forever if Gethin Jones becomes the main presenter.

I have such a low opinion of him after he ruined a couple of episodes of Fighting Talk (comedy sport podcast). I don’t think he can go off script very well, he’s certainly no Claudia Winkleman.

Tonight I think I’ll vote for Stacey. I don’t actually like her that much (I find her quite irritating) but Joe simply does not deserve to win, and the other two are ringers!

And I’ve much preferred KFG this year. Maybe being spurned in love suits him.

Just watching ITT from last night.

Ashley's family story had me crying my eyes out. What an awful year for her. I understand people not voting for her because she is a professional dancer but I wouldn't mind if she won!

Faye is lovely and I hadn't previously paid much attention to Giovanni - what a beautiful dancer he is. I wouldn't mind if they won!

Stacey's Les Mis character - just wow! I wouldn't mind if she won!

Joe and Diane seem very happy - I hope they are together! I wouldn't mind if they won!

Really looking forward to tonight, just over an hour to go ....

As a person I like Joe a lot, but his young fans are currently being so bloody rude to anyone on social media who's saying that they want another couple to win that it's really putting me off him. It's obviously not his fault. But Christ, what a bunch of obnoxious, rude little shits his fans are!

I clocked that, too - this big macho Tyke can do it, so other sportsmen could as well!

What has particularly struck me (I know it would, though - no surprises!) is the concentration on the dance, the fabulous costumes (much better than the kids' dressing-up box stuff we have now) and the appropriate music (who a difference THAT makes!).

I loved the Mark Ramprakash/Karen Hardy moment with the microphones, and how Bruce (whom I loathed carried the whole thing off - I couldn't see Tess ("WonkyBoobs") Daly coping with anything like that.

Hello everybody! I'm all revved up for tonight, tucked up under my tv duvet and looking forward to kick off. Will shortly be assembling a light supper of cheese and biscuits with a dollop of plum chutney to get me through the exciting bits - I'm a stress eater. Thinking about it, I might have to raid the Christmas stack for the Jacobs Treeselets...

I want her to get the BBC Political Editor job and get rid of Sneery Laura Kuenssberg. Now there's a negative woman!

You need to listen to her on the Brexitcast podcast with Adam Fleming, Chris Mason and Katya Adler Fuzzy, she's quite a hoot when not being all grown up for the BBC.

Agree schady I am certainly no fan of Brucie (and towards the end found him intensely irritating) but Tessbot would have fled from the scene if that happened to her.

They didn't show the bit where Matt (and Flavia) completely forgot the dance and sat on the steps and still got through Shame, I liked that!
