I feel so sorry for Zara too. I can't see how they can resolve this storyline because how can Daniel get to see a) how awful Izzy is and b) how rubbish and unsupportive he has been? Unless he finds some video footage or something, does Joe ever do any recording? Don't think I've seen anything like that. But I really want the writers to bring it around somehow and without dragging it out for ages like the bloody ping pong!

So conflicted as well about the slap, because it's never right to slap a child, but poor Zara was at breaking point wasn't she and is only human. And yes Daniel and the shaking, how can he be so cruel about this?

told I might make a gp appointment in the new year. I might need some things looked at. For years I tried everything. I've been on medication daily for about 3 years, and for the most part, it's worked. But over the last year , I've had more attacks. I've had migraines since I was a child- the worst one like Wednesday landed me in hospital with a dislocated jaw.That wasn't fun!
