Took the liberty of starting a new thread. Hope the title suits!

I think it’s all planned out way ahead of the televised competition.
You see the pros rehearsal meet ups on insta in July.

Why do they use pros that are still left in the competition as leads in the group dances? Surely the others have more time to rehearse?! AJ and Diane this week

They film some of them early on, I think, when there are fewer eliminated pros. It doesn't seem to be an 'even' allocation of dances though - sometimes the same pros seem to lead 3 or 4 dances in a row. When's it going to be Anton's big pro dance moment, eh?

Actually, I've just remembered that someone on DS got tickets to a pro dance filming session after the series started, but quite early in on the series I think. So a lot of the pro dances are filmed one after the other, in front of a 'pretend' studio audience.

Oh that makes sense!! Didn't even think of that!

Just checked: they record the pro dances on two separate days in September. I wonder if they make the audience change seats between dances to make it less obvious? I'm going to look out for the same people in the same place each week.

I think, sadly, it will be Charles who leaves tonight. He's got the short straw with the rumba, and I think he'll land in the DO against Ashley perhaps or even Faye.

Lauren should be leaving, but I think her fans will keep her in and out of the DO for yet another week. Plus she has ballroom which she manages to score well in, despite being dull as dishwayer and being dragged across the floor by AJ.

I really don't know who will be for the chop tonight, Charles was looking good on ITT and its a fabulous emotive song that might get a response out of people. I really hope Lauren goes. Shes done really well to get this far but she is definitely the poorest dancer left.

I agree Mrsjamin Anton was a bit of a 'card' he didn't care what he said! he seemed very peeed off with the whole of it and he showed\said it.

I suppose he's grown out of it.

I reckon there will be a shock dance off again this week.
Charles' dance did look good for a rumba.
Alexandra was in the dance off with the Charleston last year so Faye may well be in it with Ashley!

I want Charles or lauren to be the n the dance off. I really don't want Faye or Stacey to be in the dance off.

I don't want either Stacey it Faye to be in the dance off either Belinda. However, we don't know how popular Faye is with the general public and Stacey may end up intohe middle of the leaderboard which is always a high risk position.

Blimey a DO with Faye and Ashley!!!! That would be fun ( I wouldn't want to be judging between those 2!) I prefer both of their partners to them but I suppose I'd pick Faye because she does seem to be nice. ( and doesn't have pouty fish lips ! )

Very smart move I thought, she came across smart and funny, much better than previously. They were on a few weeks ago and seemed a bit bland, same as how they come across on strictly tbh. I think Lauren is just quite a quiet person and that doesn't come across well on strictly!

I think Charles will be safe tonight

He is going to dance without a shirt on or with it completely open so all 4 judges will be judging his chest and stomach rather than his dancing

They will all go with Shirley doing fake fanning of herself

I can't see Charles scoring higher than the big 4, which means he could be bottom or second to bottom of the leaderboard. He's been in the DO three times, and while he's gained some support from the public, I don't think he's getting more votes than Stacey, Joe, Faye or even Lauren.

I can see it being Charles vs Ashley tonight, or Charles vs Lauren if she comes bottom of the leaderboard and Ashley is top. If he's against Ashley he has no chance, but against Lauren it could go either way depending on their dances this evening.
