No.. but if you can report back whether it's any good then I might catch up with it on iplayer

Dulra · 16/10/2018 22:01

Yeah watched it. Interesting concept. Bit slow but I think it will build gradually. Good cast as well so hopeful it will be worth following

Mon7 · 16/10/2018 22:07

Informer is brilliant, can't wait for next week.

chillipophey · 16/10/2018 22:18

I loved it! Surprised this thread isn't busier!

minionsragirlsbestfriend · 16/10/2018 22:27

I think it's good but got interrupted after posting so need to rewatch to get it on iPlayer. Bits I saw looked gripping

I thought it was really good. Right up my street!
I do enjoy a binge watch, are the other episodes on iplayet or is it a weekly series?

Travelledtheworld · 16/10/2018 23:20

Enjoyed it. Where have I seen the lead copper before ?

Goposie · 16/10/2018 23:21

The trailers looked too nerve wracking for me

Rollergirl11 · 16/10/2018 23:40

Travelled: Its Paddy Considine. He’s been in quite a bit but most lately he was the dodgy priest in Peaky Blinders. He’s a very accomplished actor/director.

Felt heart sorry for the way the young Asian kid was being played by the police

minionsragirlsbestfriend · 17/10/2018 08:17

Think episodes on iPlayer for binge watching icelolly

Me and DH enjoyed it. Suspect it might be a bit of a slow burn, but as previous posters have said, it's got a good cast. Be interesting to see next week.

SoleBizzz · 17/10/2018 22:33

Love Paddys films especially Tyrannosaur

LightastheBreeze · 17/10/2018 22:36

Just watched this, I think that maybe I might have to watch some on iPlayer like I did Killing Eve as it’s all there. I really enjoyed it.

Violetroselily · 18/10/2018 14:06

Enjoying this alot. I'm amazed it hasn't been more widely publicised.

chillipophey · 18/10/2018 15:17

I'm really enjoying it, I think the lead character raza is carrying it though, he has an amazing face and charisma! I normally really like paddy consadine but finding him quite wooden in this

SavageBeauty73 · 18/10/2018 22:04

I've finished it. Thought Raza was brilliant. Apparently it's his first acting role.

Choccywoccyhooha · 18/10/2018 23:55

I've watched two episodes. I like it as a drama, and yes the actor playing Raza is brilliant, but surely things like the detention centre scene can't actually happen in real life? And if this is the way that police really do go about recruiting informants it can't be legal, can it? Terrifying thought.

luckycat007 · 19/10/2018 07:30

I am half way through the first episode - found it a. It boring but will persevere. Just finished watched press which I really enjoyed. Would you say informer is better than killing eve?

chillipophey · 19/10/2018 14:49

He's not even really just an informant, he's basically doing the job of an undercover cop, I'm surprised he's got time to hold down another job. It's a bit unrealistic for sure.

whazzer · 19/10/2018 15:58

I have not slept I binge watched it.

I couldn't stop watching it.

I thought the acting was brilliant the lead and his Mum - well I thought they were brilliant. What amazing actors.

thighofrelief · 19/10/2018 20:23

Loving it, anyone catch who the pub singer was?

IAmBeyonceAlways · 19/10/2018 21:24

When the policeman rang his wife and she was on the swing, what did he find in the house - had to answer a call and couldnt concentrate on 2 things at once!

Violetroselily · 19/10/2018 22:22

@thighofrelief Rachel Tucker I think

thighofrelief · 20/10/2018 14:47
