I too tuned in more than half way through bewildered but then thought it was the usual load of rubbish they cobble together and pass off as a soap opera. Waiting for car crash and return of time traveller.

Just caught up with today's episode and I have absolutely no idea what has happened.

I'm very confused. When I watch 'GPs Behind Closed Doors', there's never any matchmaking, awkward snogging, 3 hour lunch breaks, random Welsh people in barns, casual lesbian encounters, seriously punchable midwives.... just a load of patients.

Yes cloudy wish GP life was more exciting like it is in Doctors. Just caught up wondered if I'd missed a backstory with the barn and wondering why they needed Sid in the ambulance when there are perfectly qualified paramedics around
