His face when Rebecca turned up with Seb was a picture. The excitement and optimism and just sheer happiness inside that car was palpable when they drove away. Rebecca is a very lucky girl (and I'm not jealous at all )

I haven't watched emmerdale for weeks but do read this thread! Sounds like Ross got a lovely leaving storyline rather than the OTT fireworks they usually have.

Yes bonfire and he even apologised to Laurel for the carjacking so it was all nicely tied up.

I dunno, but you'd think after what happened the last time Rob tried to stop Rebecca taking Seb they'd all have learned a lesson or two!

I expect he's going make it all about him again and somehow keep Seb then talk Robert round.

Having Seb live with them gives the writers more reasons for more tedious Robron scenes as well.

I would have thought the writers would prefer if Seb went so they can rewrite history, pretend Rob & Rebecca never happened and Robron are the perfect couple (who haven't had a horrible turbulent abusive relationship).

I know its a soap but there is such a thing as joint custody. Liverpool is hardly the other end of the country. Is Rebecca capable of looking after Seb and why was she driving? Had her brain injury disappeared ?

It was amazing how quick Robert could get to Seb kikashi, considering last week they were acting like they would never see him again.

I quite like Robert now but I have never liked Aaron. He has been been horribly violent in the past, I remember a storyline where he viciously attacked a security guard at a warehouse he was robbing and then there was Finn's boyfriend, and completely unrepentant. Baffled as to why everyone is making Seb leaving all about him as if he is suffering more than Robert, the child's biological father. Aaron has been in Seb's life for 5 minutes!

The speed with which Robert managed to pick up Seb and return with him for his birthday party suggests he is practically on their doorstep so not sure what all the angst is about anyway.

Rebecca's brain injury is still an issue but she said she is going to use her inheritance to hire a nanny (begs the question - what is she going to do with her time in Liverpool)

What did Rebecca ever do anyway except live off Lawrence's money? Any time she tried to do something with the Home Farm business she had to get Robert's help.

It's amazing that a character who was there hardly any length got to have a garden made in tribute to him but I'm pleased they did. Big mistake killing Gerry off.
