The only explanation that makes sense is that Kim returning wasn't planned when they introduced Joe and now they've had to back paddle to shoehorn her in - and they've done a shit job!

Maybe Graham has realised he loves Joe more than Kim so he's finally standing up to her or maybe the twist will be that Graham has always been the one in charge and his real identity comes out.

So Kim Tate bought home farm, but sent Joe in to buy it on her behalf. The company he was running (which we've never seen again since he got an exercise bike at home) was just him managing her company.

Why was he doing this for her? Being paid a lot I guess? And being a long lost relative of hers, who believed bad things she told him about Charity killing his dad.

But then when he met charity and Debbie he worked out that charity hadn't killed his dad, and that he could marry Debbie as scary Kim was in prison and wouldn't know.

Scary Kim somehow has a hold over Graham (he loves her, despite having had a liaison with the bridal woman) and will do her bidding even if it means banishing his son-like Joe.

Both of them believe she would actually kill either one of them? And that she'll do it even if they just tell Debbie that's why Joe has to run away?

Hmmm.

Doesn't really make much sense to me.

Never in the history of Emmerdale have so many people so confused.

Is there one person anywhere (such as an Emmerdale storyliner) who understands what the hell is happening and if so would they mind telling the rest of us!!

I too am confused how Kim can own Home Farm/Businesses, and how she fits into the story. All seems a bit rushed and silly to me.

Didnt watch but can't believe Joe is dead! Wonder if it was a decision by the actor or the show. He wasn't in Eastenders very long either.
Tbh his whole story has been a mess n disjointed. His revenge on the dingles that he quickly gave up. His competition with Robert that he forgot about. His weird relationship with graham. His huge business empire eventhough he never went to work. Now all this stuff with Kim.
A total waste, same as with Gerry.
