I'm lost. It sounds as though Kim was behind the revenge on Charity. But why would she want revenge on Charity? She didn't like her but to go to such extremes has baffled me.

And how does she own Home Farm? It's had many owners since the Tates. Frank wouldn't have had Kim in his will to inherit and when he died it passed to Chris. Joe may have sold it back to her but he would have never owned it in the first place due to it being sold to many others.

I have absolutely no idea wtf is going on regarding Kim, Graham and Joe. What was he supposed to have done, or not done? Why has he now got to run away? Is Kim that much of threat. Jesus.

Haven't watched this week but it all sounds so confusing. @IStandWithPosie I'm almost certain the father of Kim's son was Frank. I think she claimed/pretended it was Dave Glover's but in the end it proved not to be the case.

Joe and Graham were meant to destroy Charity from what I can gather but Joe fell in love with Debbie and scuppered Kim's plan.

Still don't understand why Kim has it in for Charity and why she's so dangerous that Joe and Graham are scared of her.

Was Declan the last person to own home farm and if so how come Megan didn't get the house, or did Charity get it and sell it on.

I thought Kim said that Joe was foolish for going after Charity in the beginning and that wasn't the plan.

Was Graham supposed to kill Joe but couldn't so told him to leave, I don't like Joe so couldn't care less what happens to him but I hope he takes Debbie with him.

The last owner of home farm was Laurence white and Joe supposedly bought it from him.
What I'm not sure about is what happened to Joes apparently successful firm he had when he was first dating Debbie. Also why wouldn't he have his own money? Presumably he has an inheritance and Zoe had enough to privately educate him. It's weird.

On a slight tangent the actress who played Zoe is doing better than expected following her cancer diagnosis a couple of years ago. I read she was given 8 months to live back in 2016 but has smashed that and is about to start on a new drug trial. Keeping everything crossed for her

Just to add more confusion I always thought that Noah was in trust to inherit Home Farm because Chris set Charity up to look like she had killed him to get her hands on it. When Charity was cleared of murder the estate should have gone back to her and Noah.

Yes I think you’re right about Zoe and charity. I checked and there’s was a year between Kim leaving and Charity arriving but there is no way charity won’t have known who she was. Both Chris and Zoe will have mentioned her. Chris will have been aware that James was entitled to half his inheritance as his half brother.

I'm even more confused then. If there was a year between Kim leaving and Charity arriving, why on earth would Kim want to destroy Charity when she never met her???

It makes no sense. What could she have against charity?

Also found it a bit odd how yesterday Graham was saying he couldn’t disobey Kim, what she says goes, she would have him killed etc and then tonight when she was mouthing at charity (or Vanessa?) he told her to be quiet and then said something like “I mean it” and she shut her mouth like a chastised child. So who is in charge there after all?
