Is it just me or does Jessie speak strangely? Is that her natural accent or is she putting it on? It just doesn’t sound natural the way she speaks. The tone and inflections seem off and it’s very distracting.

Hated the whole Moira/matty/Victoria scenes. I’m not buying that she would have such a problem with Victoria and Matty. Her “stressed/anxiety” acting has gotten very tiresome too. I’d like to see her try some new emotions.

How gorgeous were Issac and Seb tonight. Determined to get their hands on those phones

Tonight was cuteness overload! We had Moses and Johnny in every scene that Isaac and Seb weren’t in

I think Johnny is relieved to have Moses around. He's always seemed scared of Vanessa to me!

Hopefully Jessie has dumped Marlon for good and we won't have to put up with her anymore.

And why did she force Ellis onto Marlon when tonight it looked like she lives in a bloody mansion in comparison to Marlon's cottage?

I got totally confused for a minute when Jessie appeared at the Mill door. I forgot she lived there!

It made me laugh to see Aaron making those little bags for the wedding, soft git

I was wondering where she lived. I thought she was living with Marlon but it looks like she is living in the flat connected to where Robron live. So yeah, why on Earth is her son living with Marlon?

Aaron’s so lovely. I do like his relationship with Paddy. Remember when he was a little shithead when he first arrived?

She said something like a grown man doesn't want to live with his mum and foisted him on Marlon long term without consultation. CF

Do you think Adam would ever return? I don't how they'd get around the "being on the run" bit but I do think he will return.

I also think the same about Andy bonfireheart. It seems ridiculous he's still on the run when Lawrence and Chrissie are dead and his daughter is seriously ill. It would be tying up all the loose ends to bring Andy back now Lachlan is in prison.

I think Adam actor is in Australia now? Or is that his brother from Corrie?

Please get rid of Jessie - she is awful and there is zero chemistry between her and Marlon - mind you that goes for most of Marlon's many love interests over the years.

There is nothing I look forward to in Emmerdale any more

She is bloody awful! And why the writer's put her with Marlon I'll never know. I don't know the age gap but she could be his Mother!

Also why is she never at work? Hope that gets picked up in the school's Ofsted report!

Haha bonfire, good point! Jessie is never at work which in itself is bad enough but combined with the fact she's only recently been promoted to head of secondary makes her a disgraceful head teacher.

Adam's brother (Jason Grimshaw) went to Australia to star in Neighbours after leaving Corrie but Adam was most recently seen supporting Jason Grimshaw in Celebrity Big Brother.

Matty needs to go too. The faces he pulls annoy me a lot. He's rubbish. Lachlan is the only decent actor in my opinion. Although Charity was amazing this week.

Thought Charity was brilliant this week, and I really liked her and Vanessa saying they love each other.

The scenes with Chas and Paddy packing the hospital bag brought a lump to my throat - really well acted.

Loved Aaron and Robert on karaoke

I like Ellis, but Jessie I can't watch - that long drawnout whiney tone to her voice - I have to fast forward all her scenes, so the only way I know what's happening with her is from this thread!

Also not warming to Matty yet - I think it's because he keeps trying to act like a cliched 'bloke' and it's not working, considering the Hannah character always played it so quiet and sensitive. It's a shame, because I like seeing diversity on soaps and this could have been done better I think. (It's not a patch on Hayley in Coronation Street for example.)
