lol, agree completely, though at least she's a bit better than the dreadful women on last week's episode!

Pinkchampagne · 04/06/2007 21:34

I didn't see last weeks episode. Was the woman really awful?

Awful woman - would have hated to work for her! 9pm coming in time for a 24 yr old!! I'd be out of there quick sharp!

lily333 · 04/06/2007 21:37

am thinking there were a few on last week's show, all v.offensive and the sort of women who obviously wanted a nanny but were too tight (not too poor!) to get one....

elasticbandstand · 04/06/2007 21:37

the au pair is fantastic... so good with her answers, i am malting, as a retort to .. there is your hair in my salad.

bananabump · 04/06/2007 21:38

I hate that woman, she's such an overbearing witch!

lily333 · 04/06/2007 21:40

sacked - bloody hell what a nasty, pathetic horse-face!

Pinkchampagne · 04/06/2007 21:40

The woman is just awful!

elasticbandstand · 04/06/2007 21:40

i hope she doesnt burn her things..

renaldo · 04/06/2007 21:40

how many hours is that poor girl working?

Whoooosh · 04/06/2007 21:41

Faults on both sides but I so feel for the girl and the woman is clearly too tight to pay a decent wage for a decent amount of work.
She is a nightmare!
Hope she's not a Mumsnetter....

Pollyanna · 04/06/2007 21:41

that woman is horrible. and her son is pretty horrid too.

elasticbandstand · 04/06/2007 21:42

the children called the au pair, big bottom and the mum did nothing.

lily333 · 04/06/2007 21:43

mmm, not exactly showing her son a good example is she? and as for tell mummy what he wants - he's 3 or 4 for God's sake! How to turn a child into a brat....

Pinkchampagne · 04/06/2007 21:43

That poor girl is so nice & has kept her cool really well.
What a cow that woman is! I pity the next poor girl that has to work for her.

It's the child I feel sorry for-a mother like that and strangers coming and going.

Pinkchampagne · 04/06/2007 21:44

It seems she has got through rather a lot of au pairs, which is hardly suprising!

OP posts:
bananabump · 04/06/2007 21:45

Why did she ask her little boy what the new au pair should look like? What was she hoping to achieve by asking him that? Surely as a mother you try not to place an emphasis on looks...

Why doesn't she just get a farmhand and look after her own child and house? She doesn't appear to have a job.

Whoooosh · 04/06/2007 21:45

Poor little boy has no hope really-when he hears his Mother ordering someone to "clean up that shit"etc etc...

lilymolly · 04/06/2007 21:46

switched it off as the mother was getting on my tits

Pinkchampagne · 04/06/2007 21:48

Ahh, she is back in contact with her dad!

"I've just lost 2 1/2 stone so now I can call him (the son) fatbum"

MadamePlatypus · 04/06/2007 21:50

I can't understand the attitude that an au pair a week is OK. I just want to shout at these people - Au pair means living as a member of the family! If you wouldn't want your daughter to do it when she is 18, don't ask your au pair to do it.

The thing I really, really don't understand is why do people agree to be on these programmes?

Pinkchampagne · 04/06/2007 21:50

I was very shocked at that comment too!

OP posts:
elasticbandstand · 04/06/2007 21:50

she is start raving mad
