Anybody watching? I binged season 3 in preparation and now I'm having to dial back to once a week for Season 4.

Still loving it though. Watching on Netflix btw.

I loved the Cinnabun opening. That was so tense.

Can't wait to see how the Cinnabon "Jimmy" fits into his progression into Saul. Love seeing how the story is unfolding and how we find more about the characters each episode.

I'm worried about what the future holds for Kim though. Maybe the loss of Kim is linked to his transition into Cinnabon Jimmy (sorry can't remember the actual name he uses)

It's fantastic, so well made, such strong characters.

I was a bit crushed at the way Chuck went out of it, I would have preferred a better end for him. I think they will need to bring it up to 'breaking bad' date fairly soon as all the actors are ageing.

Chuck didn't seem to have many redeeming qualities, in his behaviour towards Jimmy at least. An amazing character but I can't say I had much sympathy for him.

Blindy I think they did a good job of showing where Chuck's resentment of Jimmy came from. The pain of the loyal, dutiful, hardworking older Son towards the selfish, feckless but preferred younger Son.

He behaved badly in undermining Jimmy's attempt to establish himself as a lawyer but I loved the speech he made at the end of the first series, berating Jimmy for getting his quickie degree in law from some dodgy university while Chuck had spent years devoting himself to the law. I felt a lot of sympathy for him even though he was clearly a difficult person.

Anyone else noticed how silky looking Kim's ponytail is?
I'd love someone like Badger or Skinny Pete to just randomly walk past in the street or something!

I was thinking that all the Cinnabon moments are flash forwards to post breaking bad, especially when he was really nervous about his name and social security at the hospital, then being nervous seeing the ABQ air freshener

@BlessedbetheFruitLoops2 I didn't think of that, yes you could be right about those scenes being post Breaking Bad. Trying to remember the last we saw of Saul in BB - did he pack a suitcase and drive off sonewhere?

Cinnabon Gene is Jimmy/ Sauls third persona.
After the events of breaking bad he meets up with Walter as they are both waiting to be relocated with new identities. He becomes Gene, living in fear of being caught for his various crimes as Saul.
I suspect it will be the loss of Kim that triggers his transformation into Saul.

I’ve just binge watched all 3 seasons in about 10 days. Loved it.

Better Call Saul is great. It’s so beautifully filmed. A lot slower than Breaking Bad, but I kind of like that as they’re taking time to tell the story. Plus it’s nice to see Kim, an interesting, independent woman as one of the main characters.

I think this season is going to get a lot darker. Jimmy has less and less to lose. I don’t think we’ll see much of an overlap with BB. I guess it’ll be more subtle than that.

I'm terribly worried about what might happen to Kim. Does she get disillusioned with Jimmy, or have an accident or something- rather way, I'm upset in advance.

I also think the Cinnabun stuff is post-Breaking Bad.

And may favourite and to me, not sympathetic character is Mike Ermentraut. Doing everything for his dead son's widow and child -what a lovely man!

So glad chuck is dead. Nasty, nasty man. i find the drug stuff boring, would much rather watch Jimmy hustle and practise "elder" law and be happy with lovely Kim. But I do think it's the best thing Netflix has made.

Nacho is not in BB. I love him. He's so intense.

I think the car wash owner (the guy with the massive eyebrows who treated Walt like crap) is going to be in this season.

Chuck was one of the best characters I've ever seen. The acting is superb. "HE DEFECATED THROUGH A SUNROOF!"

I'm also loving Howard. His character has grown into something far more complex and nuanced from his first episodes.

Mike is my favourite character but I love Kim too (I kind of like that she always has the same hairstyle).

I swear I saw someone wearing a Pollos Hermanos t-shirt in London last week!
