Me! Just finished ep4. How far along are you?

I'm not feeling it. Stopped watching after a few eps as there's a storyline involving rats and I'm phobic of them.

How much more can they get out of this franchise? I just feel its diminishing returns. Loved earlier seasons but I didn't bother after the first couple of eps of the riot season.

I've finished it. Was really disappointed, it was just too dark and lacking in the warmth and humour of earlier series. I hope they stop now.

I'm on episode 8. Apparently it's been renewed for one more season, which will be it's last. I almost stopped watching completely after the first 2 episodes, but it's gradually getting more bearable.

I miss Big Boo :( Nicky has got some absolute golden lines this season, she's brilliant. I finished it today, gutted.

Watched ep4 last night and it is getting more enjoyable. Didn't like the first episode of this season either, thought it was rubbish.

Not liking Madison, loving Frieda and Carol and the 80's flash backs! Missing Boo too

Stick with it, I wasn’t too sure about the tone of the first few episodes but it gets better. Just finished it last night and I loved it, much better than the riot season

Great season, one of the best. I miss one or two of the characters who don't appear, but not as much as I thought I would.

First episode is rough going. It gets a lot easier after that. It felt quite detached for me for at least 5 episodes just because of the situation, but I'm still invested in the individual characters, and the new guards and new inmates are all pretty good, particularly Carol and Barbara.

Probably my favourite season since s3 tbh.

Ive just watched the first episode. Such a hard watch! Not sure I want to carry on with the rest of this series of as its so bleak and brutal. Can anyone tell me is it worth continuing with it please?

Destinysdaughter yes stick with it! Some great one liners and plot development. Gets better from ep3 onwards I'd say. Though still quite brutal.

Scrap what I said upthread, just binge watched 5 episodes and tho it’s a tough watch, it’s still really compelling.

I can't wait to find out what happens to Taystee. Hope they all find out it was one of the police officers who killed Piscatella. Would love something positive and happy to happen as the violence and negativity is depressing!

Ooh I've only got the season finale to watch! The season just got better and better. Am totally loving it again now, with all the story lines and amazing acting and funny lines again

I finished binge watching it yesterday, I’d been saving it till I couldn’t wait any longer! Like others I was disappointed with the first episode as it was so unlike the other series’. It took till around episode 4 till I was getting into it which felt like a waste! Not sure what I’ll do when there’s no more to watch...
